Corp America appears to have lied to the American people regarding their “suspension of campaign donations” to the Sedition Caucus, formerly known as the G-O-P.

Full disclosure this particular article is the result of many hours of tedious and I mean tedious research. Nonetheless my motto has long been: facts and receipts demand individuals doing their level best to source original documents and cross reference various publicly available to substantiate said claims. I make no apologies for the level of detail contain herein. I noticed that the mainstream media actually stopped reporting on Corporate Americas decision that sedition, attempting to over throw a free and fair election. I also noticed that it appeared that public reporting by credentialed reporters/new organizations pretty much stopped after March 2021, with a rare exception in June 2021. And Yes LexisNexis is one helluva research tool because it allows researchers (like Moi) to hyper focus on extremely targeted research

Post Jan6th Domestic Terror attack, of which Trump & his surrogates incited…

…which ultimately lead to the deaths of eight Americans. Five of whom were law enforcement officers, four of whom later died by suicide. Almost immediately after the Jan6th Domestic Terror attack, Corporate America was forced to make a serious stand. That it is, Good Corporate Governance means you as a company do not support Domestic Terrorism. As that taint would likely harm your “brand”—But pouring tens of millions of dollars into the coffers of Donald Trump’s Party Of Domestic Terrorist Sympathizers. Clearly the GOP has full embrace Trump’s Big Lie, which nearly shattered our fragile democracy. And Corporate America is absolutely full of hypocrisy. I think it’s beyond appropriate to no longer call these 147 members of Congress “Republicans” no we should refer to the Republican National Committee, Senate Republicans and House Republicans as:

…was incessantly tweeting and linking to both the House and Senate History library as to help their followers/readers to truly understand the whole electoral college procedure, the Joint Session of Congress. And even though some tried the “both sides” argument — in the end January 6, 2021 should be forever known as the day that Donald J Trump not only radicalized thousands (I’d argue tens of millions) of Americans but then he was glued to his TV purportedly watching his Domestic Terrorist do exactly what Trump & his co-conspirators told them to do.

Just for kicks and giggles, let’s momentarily walk down the November 9, 2021 -twitter memory lane —nearly 15 months later and it’s the last tweet in this archived thread that still makes me chuckle. Apparently if I tweeted a cuss word, then the trolls, stalkers, MAGA & Blue QANON would mass report my account. How very pedestrian and predictable of them, So I figured out that if you string a bunch of curse words it confused Twitter’s auto-pilot algorithm <insert ear to ear grin>

And I am pretty sure my track record is pretty rock solid. From time to time the previous predictions (usually buttressed will a plethora of original documents) eventually did in fact come to fruition. In November 2020 I remember various Twitter threads, where I told my followers; Rep Scott Perry is a POS and he was putting people and pieces in play. For Example on November 2, 2020 I took a lot of Twitter hate for this thread. Which was then quickly followed up with additional sourced to the teeth threads. At the time the Twitter hate didn’t really bother me because anyone with a pulse in DC could see the writing on the wall. Coupled with the fact I had conducted a deep dive in researching policies and protocols. Now imagine what my research looks like if I’m being paid. Weird it’s almost like I’m parlaying my professional & unique skill set On November 2, 2020 I tried to inform my followers what Trump’s play would be, see archive of textunroll where I literally tweeted & included a crushing amount of documents to support my primary assertions:

• Trump would file numerous frivolous lawsuits in specific states.

• Trump would then apply “maximum pressure” to specific Republican controlled state legislatures to coerce specific States to throw out the Electors by the night of December 13, 2020

• Trump would then use the Joint Session to blow up the certification of the ballots from the Electoral College

• And then declare himself the winner

Because that’s how most narcissist sociopaths operate, it’s never about the Country or for the greater good, it’s always about the narcissist undying thirst to hold on to power. By any means necessary.

In November of 2020 I was purposeful and emphatic with my threads. This was based on a lot of research, which included the 64+ lawsuits. At the close of the dozen or so threads I created -I actually stated unequivocally that I did not want to be right. To be clear prior to the deadly Jan6th attack —it was widely reported that 14 Senators and 140 House of Representatives. Meaning numerous news outlets reported; 154 “Congressional Republicans” vocalized their intentions of objecting to the Jan6th certification. Meaning the 147 Sedition Caucasus resulted in at least seven changing their minds. The bigger issue here is the leadership, specifically Kevin “QANON” McCarthy held his seditious house caucus together. Whereas in the Senate, at least a few senators grew a conscious and did not object to the certification.

Whispers GSA Emily is screwed and I mean screwed. Because of her Trumpian “ascertainment” stance this actually serverly handicapped the incoming Biden Administration. On information and belief I am certain the House Select Committee has GSA Emily in their crosshairs. And that warms my otherwise cold heart.

Notwithstanding the Republican National Committee, especially the House Republicans ongoing attacks on our Democracy, are not only antithetical to real American values, but they are dangerous and are incompatible with our form of Self Governance. Moreover do you know what’s actually patriotic?

Accepting that you (or your party) lost in a free and fair election. And then enduring that the peaceful transition of power (I think a lot of Americans took that for granted)… and then ensuring the new administration has all the necessary and available resources for a “smooth transition” —incidentally I’m old enough to remember various media reports of the out going administration’s sophomoric behavior, like break certain keys off the keyboard.

Corporate America’s post Jan6th decides to suspend donations. Psyche just kidding we lied.

It’s almost as if Corporate America’s public relations strategy was to come out. swiftly and forcefully rebuked Trump’s Domestic Terrorist. But after the dust settled it turns out Corporate America thought the General Electorate would some how forget the promise they made to essentially cut off all future campaign donations.. For example:

• Approximately 36 Companies publicly stated that future campaign donations for the 147 members of the Sedition Caucus.

• Whereas nearly 73 companies stated that they plan to stop donating to “all federal candidates”.

On January 11, 2021 AT & T released this public statement concerning Jan6th and the future campaign donations for the Sedition Caucus (formerly known as the GOP). As much as I want to give the majority of companies that made public proclamations that they would “indefinitely suspend campaign donations to those who objected to the Jan6th Certification” -after taking about 96 hours of tedious research and cross checking and then quadruple checking…

There’s a difference in making a public proclamation that numerous Fortune 500 companies made in the aftermath of the Jan6th Deadly Domestic Terror Attack, on or about January 12, 2021 Comcast announced that they would also suspend campaign contributions to those who objected to the certification, and that suspension would be indefinite. Also to be clear Comcast is part of the media giant conglomerate under the NBC Universal Corporate umbrella.

• American Express’ CEO released this statement on Jan6th, and on January 11, 2021 AmEx released this public statement to major news organizations that it decided to paused campaign donations. • UNITED SERVICES AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION EMPLOYEE PAC - USAA EMPLOYEE PAC FEC ID: C00164145 (full disclosure I’ve been a USAA member for most of my adult life, they are an excellent insurance company and really are without equal) but it is entirely disappointing to review. • Lockheed Martin (FEC ID #C00303024) initially informed shareholders and the general public that the Company made the decision to suspend any and all campaign contributions, largely targeted towards numerous members of Congress that formally “objected” to the Jan6th certification. In 31 contributions - the November 2021 FEC report indicates that Lockheed Martin’s PAC made disbursements in excess of $1,188,500.00

• Second- which can only be described as a public promise that XYZ corporation and/or Corporation PAC would suspend donations to members of Congress that objected to the Certification of the Electoral College

• Third - when a few weeks (or a few months) pass then the Corporate entities and/or their PACS, reverse course and quietly break their public promise because from a PR standpoint “enough time has passed” and no one really cares about previous public pledges.

As previously mentioned CREW’s recent in-depth analysis, which is an pretty remarkable feat of investigative journalism, the Report states in part:

• Since the insurrection, 717 corporations and industry groups have donated over $18 million to 143 of the 147 members of Congress who objected to the results of the 2020 presidential election, as well as the National Republican Senatorial Committee and the National Republican Congressional Committee.

• Companies that pledged to stop or pause their political giving to these members have contributed a total of $4,785,000  to insurrectionist political groups, including $2,381,250 directly to members of the Sedition Caucus’s campaigns and leadership PACs.

Aflac, Ford Motors, and Valero Energy full of hypocrisy too…

In CREW’s meticulous analysis -it affirms what I think many Americans thought at the time: the outrage while it might have been real (at the time) it was a matter of weeks (and in some cases months) Corporate America turned the campaign donation spigot on, arguably at full blast. For Example:

…corporations rushed to pay lip service to democracy. Companies including Aflac, Ford Motors, and Valero Energy pledged to pause donations and re-evaluate their giving criteria, but these performative statements would soon give way to business as usual.

These three companies have contributed more than $300,000 to seditionists, including lawmakers who sit on committees with power over the companies’ business interests.

The newly published C.R.E.W. report also details the following subset of data and to be clear it is absolutely infuriating that these Companies, some of which are iconic to America, literally lied to all of us. They never actually paused or indefinitely suspended campaign donations to the 147 Members of the Sedition Caucuses.

• Home Depot, JP Morgan, Delta Airlines, UPS, and many others issued statements, speaking out against new voting laws in Georgia as racist, while hundreds of other companies — including American Airlines, Ford, General Motors, and Johnson & Johnson — signed a full page New York Times ad, condemning discriminatory voting legislation being passed nationwide. Despite taking pro-democracy stances in public, many of these companies have continued to fund members of Congress who voted against a free and fair election.

Also to set your expectations I most likely will not publish an article tomorrow because we are going to be traveling back to DC area. But I was summoned to the State Capitol for an “emergency meeting” (insert headache inducing eye-roll) and that unfortunately can not occur virtually. I even told my client and employer that I currently have 2 members of my immediate household that recently tested positive for COVID-19. And yes they are fully vaccinated and one had a booster… but I’ve still been summoned because apparently only I “can solve the language issue” ←God it’s like Groundhog Day. Because I was like wait this issue was resolved with Committee Chairman (name redacted) withdrew his pre-filed amendment. However, when a client & employer makes demands, then I take on the mantra “embrace the suck, it’s only 7 weeks left”

Again I am totally owning that I am not at all cut out to be a home nurse. Apparently I lack the prerequisite gentle bedside manner and nursing a man-child is not fun, for him or me. The last booster laid him out but then we received a telephone call (yay contract tracing) that we had been exposed and we needed to quarantine and get a PCR test. Only problem is the hospital on the island is only testing people who are “showing severe symptoms” —thankfully they are only presenting mild symptoms. But out of an abundance of caution that’s why we extended our stay

1. I am certain Sunday supper and the holidays at the Pence home were slightly uncomfortable. After all “hang mike pence” was the chant by the Trump Domestic Terrorist. Then Vice President Pence with his family in tow narrowly escaped being trapped in the Senate Chamber as Trump’s Domestic Terrorist went hunting for lawmakers.
