5PM PST disgraced Attorney Michael Avenatti to self surrender -UPDATED- Avenatti thinks he can dictate which jail the USMS places him in. WTFINGF
This is what happens when you’re in a high stress work environment and the only thing you can do to somewhat decompress is to post this video to Instagram…
See February 7, 2022 7:25PM update at the bottom of this article
..and I snort laughed the entire time…
I am insanely busy at work today but I plan on publishing an exhaustive article regarding O’Keefe but I had a few minutes in between meetings to create this and no I probably should not laugh but today I decided to laugh, mainly at myself
Avenatti was ORDERED to self surrender at 5PM PST…
today and you can check if he’s self surrendered to the Santa Ana Jail (yes the Government does use the City of Santa Ana Jail to hold Federal inmates) should you be inclined you can check his status via the link embedded below

But I really do have to get back to my J-O-B because I need to be back in DC by 7PM to drop my neighbors off at the airport. They are transporting their father’s body back to India. It’s been a rough couple of days and it’s only Monday and I’m barely keeping my head above water… again I’ll likely publish an exceedingly long and detailed article later tonight regarding O’Keefe because there are a plethora of facts that the MSM sort of overlooked… until then: Be Well. Be Informed

February 7, 2022 Update 7:25PM DC local time update
A short while ago the Judge issued the following order. - see SDNY-ECF which reads in part (note that the SDNY judge made no determination of which jail the USMS should send Avenatti to, that’s important and the opening Avenatti tried to exploit
As discussed on the record at the conclusion of trial, Defendant shall surrender to the U.S. Marshal Service in the Central District of California by 5 p.m. (Pacific time) today. Sentencing is scheduled for May 24, 2022, at 3:45 p.m. Unless and until the Court orders otherwise, sentencing will take place in Courtroom 1105 of the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse, 40 Centre Street, New York, New York 10007. The parties should consult the Court's Individual Rules and Practices for Criminal Cases (available at https://nysd.uscourts.gov/hon-jesse-m-furman) for sentencing-related procedures and practices. Consistent with the Court's Rules, Defendant's sentencing submission shall be filed two weeks in advance of the date set for sentencing.
However see case No 8:19-cr-00061
You can read Avenatti’s 11th hour Hail Mary attempt via CDCA-ECF - at the onset of Avenatti’s three criminal trials I warned my readers/followers that Avenatti would in fact play the CDCA and SDNY against each other and to be fair he’s been largely successful but I HAVE HAD IT with this twice convicted Felon -see paragraph 6 of Avenatti’s 11tt hour filing or you can pull it down from my Scribd account -to say Avenatti’s Motion is untimely is an understatement.
He apparently doesn’t want to be placed in a LA County Jail (I don’t blame him considering he stole from his paraplegic client who was paralyzed by guards in the LA County Jail) but his excuses actually strains credulity and are infuriating See Scribd link for his 11th hour nonsense
First off - his CDCA case -when the court ruled it was on a technicality hence the mistrial. The Court specifically noted that the government overlooked sending him discovery in a timely manner - the CDCA ruling is currently on appeal with the 9thCCOAs with oral arguments set for next month. To be fair the Court found that it was an unintentional error but POS Avenatti decided to kick the door in with that tiny opening to have the entire CDCA case dismissed. But now he doesn’t want the USMS to send him to the LA County jail. In what 1984 dystopian reality does Avenatti live in?
…Third, my work with the PRT in order to access the Tabs data, through Software Technology, LLC, remains ongoing. I need to continue to work with my defense team and forensic expert to coordinate the segregation of the Tabs data, review the data, and use it for my defense. If I am placed at MDC, with its severely limited legal calls and access, I will not be able to adequately prepare my defense.
As noted in my previous article -you can access the $96M complaint Avenatti previously filed via my Scribd Account
Avenatti v BOP, Trump et al $94,000,000.00
In short Felon Avenatti’s civil lawsuit against the Bureau of Prisons, Donald Trump, Bill Bar et al —he’s suing for $1,000,000.00 per day he was allegedly held in solitary confinement — I think it’s important to remind you that the SHU (special housing unit) isn’t solitary confinement. And I’d genuinely like to know if there are any prison records that affirm Avenatti’s allegations that the MCC provided him a copy of Trump’s Art of the Deal as reading material… yes this is why it’s imperative to read the entire document
To say that I’m not surprised by Felon Avenatti’s 11tt hour BS that’s an understatement because as you’ll note he’s talking out of both sides of his mouth and his ass - on one hand he’s actively suing the BOP for $96M because he was placed in solitary confinement at THE SAME JAIL he NOW DEMANDS TO BE PLACED IN - the level of white privileged is off the charts. Avenatti is a twice convicted felon.
He was found guilty nearly one year ago in the Nike Extortion case but was released in April 2020 due to COVID-19 - tell me any other defendant who was allowed to live his best life on a beach in Southern California and now thinks he can dictate which jail the US Marshals place him in. I ran a LN search and I could not come up with any other Defendant who was afforded “home confinement” after a jury of his peers (nearly one flipping year ago) found him guilty -in his Nike Extortion Case. And then he successfully lobbied to be released on home confinement during the pendency of his second SDNY criminal case. This is unbelievable and it’s also emblematic of just how arrogant Michael Avenatti really is. He STOLE MILLIONS for numerous clients and a majority of those clients are females. Look I’ve never be shy to voice my consternation of Michael Avenatti’s White Privilege but to borrow his phrase #BASTA… you committed too many crimes. Your crimes have destroyed your clients. You are a twice convicted FELON and I don’t give a crap about him protesting the possibility that the USMS “might” place him in a LA County Jail. Michael Avenatti is a freaking menace and he should have been in jail in February of 2021 and now in February of 2022 he thinks he has the right to dictate where the USMS “might” place him.
Michael Avenatti POSTER CHILD of White Privilege
Seriously I just can not anymore with him. My god this is pure insanity and I want to punch a wall because the things I warned about in 2019 oddly have now come to fruition - exactly what I predicted in 2019 - here we are…
You’ve been through a lot…Avenatti deserves what he got. Karma is a bitch. You endured so much abuse over telling the truth, there must be some satisfaction that the facts don’t lie. No matter who it is & heinous of a person, I do feel sadness for the children or relatives of this vile snake oil salesman. I take no comfort in anyone’s loss of freedom but have so much respect for the rule of law that will punish Avenatti. All of the women & clients he stole from deserve justice. My heart also breaks over the abuse you endured pointing out the facts. I would imagine there’s some trauma & PTSD over docing & the harassment. You are a true blue friend Filey….an angel and your effort to keep us informed is a gift we cannot repay. I will say my prayers for your neighbor…big hug…T
Hahahaha!! Love the update. God he is such an insufferable tool. Why the hell did he even file this today when Judge Furman had already ordered he be remanded to Santa Ana last Friday? To make it look like he won something?
I hope he enjoys the allegedly “cold and rotting food” served by Santa Ana county jail🤣
