Audrey Ann Southard why hasn’t she been arrested and charged?

As history proves I’m loathe to ever repeat the same mistake. And the potential of misidentifying a person who took part in the deadly January 6, 2021 insurrection can have long lasting damage. Which is why when I was on Twitter I made sure to never repeat that mistake regarding the pissed off biker. Incidentally when I put the wrong name out on Twitter it had been tweeted by thousands of accounts and my erroneous tweet was some sixteen plus hours later.

Yes I pulled the analytics because I wanted to understand how quickly disinformation and misinformation proliferates on social media. And I wanted to fully understand the totality of my one mistake. Unlike some I actually apologized not only publicly but also privately to the man who was wrongly identified. I offered an unconditional apology to my followers and vowed to never repeat it. Conversely it was/is telling that some on Twitter completely overlooked those relevant facts. Thereafter these same Twitter individuals spent months attacking me over one wrong tweet.

Under this framework and lessons learned from my previous folly, I’ve sat on this file for a while. Back on January 9, 2021 I submitted several tips to the FBI that unquestionably links Audrey Southard to the deadly January 6th insurrection. I submitted no less than four videos which unquestionably showed Aubrey Ann Southland both assaulting and battering US Capitol Police. Yes for the record there is a distinction between assault AND battery. Colloquially speaking assault is the verbalization or written threat of battery. Battery is the physical act - hence assault and battery

AUDREY ANN SOUTHARD…

Certainly Ms Southard can delete all of her January 6, 2021 Facebook Post - but the internet is forever. Meaning just because she deleted her post doesn’t actually mean they are gone. Her live Facebook account, archived - her hometown newspaper published a very well sourced article back on January 14, 2021 - and yet to date she has not been charged. She deleted her Facebook Live video but the internet is forever Audrey…

In the various footage provided by Defendant John Sullivan aka JaydenX it occurred to me that Audrey Ann Southard was caught on this recording making repeated threats to Speaker Pelosi and direct threats to law enforcement - that even members of the violent mob held her back from launching into a physical assault against US Capitol Police.

“tell f--king Pelosi we’re coming for her! F--king traitorous c--ts, we’re coming! We’re coming for all of you!”

Southard, appears to be holing a wooden pole and it appears she holding it flat against that US Capitol Police Officer’s chest (which by all legal definitions qualifies for battery - assault are the verbal threats of bodily harm) at which point Southard screams:

“Bulls--t! They’re going to feel us!…We’re pushing through. Boys, ready to go again?…last breath or last bullet, what’s it going to be?”

And if you live in Florida as are looking for a music and/or voice teacher, I certainly would never recommend Ms Southard, see LinkedIn -archived or Rising Star Music because apparently they are a-okay with employing the racist xenophobic lawless teachers like Audrey Ann Southard
