Congrats Dallas TX the Middletons arrest 22 DFW-area MAGA-QANON defendants assaulting Law Enforcement

Meet Mrs. Jalise Middleton and Mr. Mark Middleton -the newest addition to the list of “insurrection couples”

According to her LinkedIn Account and her Facebook Profile (archived) -Jalise Sutton Middleton is currently employed as a billing manager for Angels Care Home Health. She moderated a Parkinson’s support group, according to the Gainesville Register. Additionally she also moderates the Tri-County Resource Facebook Group (archived - also archived on the wayback machine)

Mark Middleton - according to both his Facebook account and his LinkedIn (archived) disclosed he’s a volunteer firefighter for Forestburg Volunteer Fire Department and a pilot. His most recent employer is Nortex Communications ( @NortexComm) an internet service provider, unclear if both Middletons are still employed

Unlawful entry & Assault of Officers T.T. & R.C.

Both Charged via Criminal Complaint;

18 U.S.C. § 111(a)(1) - Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers, 18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3) - Obstruction of Law Enfo cement Durin Civil Disorder, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(2) and 2 - Obstruction of Justice/Congress, 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) - Knowingly Entering or Remaining in an Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority, 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(2) - Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds, 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(4) - Engaging in Physical Violence in a Restricted Building or Grounds, 40 U.S.C. §5104(e)(2)(F) - Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds.

At which point Defendant Mark Middleton is captured on two Body Worn Cameras (BWC) -which captured both Middletons repeatedly and violently assaulted several Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) - after completely ignoring the commands and in response Mark Middleton screams back “f_ck you” because MAGA-QANON-TRUMPers “totally respect law enforcement” by punching, stabbing, shoving and hitting LEOs

MMIDDLETON struggles against the officers for more than thirty seconds. At approximately 2:10:04 pm, MMIDDLETON grabs onto T.T. s left hand or wrist and appears to pull T.T. s body forward, as MMIDDLETON reaches his other arm across the barricade toward

The affidavit also states; When R.C. tries to defend T.T. from MMIDDLETON and JMIDDLETON,- JMIDDLETON then strikes R.C. in the arm. As the assault continued, the BWC captured both MMIDDLETON and JM1DDLETON “…continue grappling with and striking T.T. and R.C. as various flags are jabbed toward the officers faces”

At this point - let’s just refer to the Middletons as Domestic Terrorist. It’s interesting that on January 7, 2021 the FWIEFC compiled a report and provided that to the FBI.

The inanity of it is the Middleton’s were so proud of their participation in the deadly insurrection that Defendant Mark Middleton chronicled what he and his wife did, in almost real-time. Because after all Facebook and humble bragging go together like MAGA and QANON.

Don’t tell me that MAGA-QANON isn’t a deadly cult. It is. They’ve been brainwashed by Trump’s lies, by those lies being amplified on Fox News, OANN and NewsMax and dozens of “Republican” members of Congress. These people aren’t Patriots, refer to them for what they are: domestic terrorist who willingly took part in an act of domestic terrorism. Does Mark Middleton’s (now deleted) Facebook comments read like a normal and rational human being? Or does it read like a fully indoctrinated cult member…

How about Mark Middleton’s wife - do her Facebook comments read like a sane or rational individual? Or do her Facebook comments read like a fully indoctrinated MAGA-QANON-CULT member? I am over these individuals who use the word “patriot” coupled with “god” and then try to justify their behavior- which is antithetical to real American values.

Government did not move to detain and defendant placed on Conditions of Release.

Defendant requested appointed counsel and Billy Jack Stovall, II appointed. Government did not move to detain and defendant placed on Conditions of Release. Defendant waived preliminary hearing and the court found probably cause. Attorney Appearances: Tracey Batson, AUSA; Billy Stovall, CJA. (time in court: 10:45 - 11:05 *hearing held with 4:20cr358 & 4:21mj290). 

I am desperately trying to give the US Attorneys Office the benefit of the doubt. It seems unfathomable that based on the Affidavit/Statement of Facts the Government didn’t even “both” to request detention? If the new litmus test is; it’s fine you assaulted numerous law enforcement officers, stabbing one with a metal pole and hit at least two LEO and the Government can’t be bothered to request detention- than what the ___ is the point?

Why is it in Texas the US Attorneys office seems like they DGAF about the litany of crimes committed by over 49 Texans (and Counting) FFS you let Jennifer Cudd go on her Mexican beach holiday… nearly every single defendant from Texas the Government failed to request detention. So clearly there are different judicial systems. If you’re a white man/woman that stormed the Capitol, assaulted dozens of LEOs, did millions of damage to the Capitol Building - apparently if you live in Texas you won’t be detained pending trial. I guess white privilege is part of the Texas USAO thing.

This is also kind of why I needed to take a break from the Capitol Insurrection cases. In short this is bullshit and I’m curious if or when a mainstream media outlet will do the research on January 6, 2021 Defendants. And then perhaps ask main Justice “what in the hell is going on in the lone star state” - as of publication the (not so) great state of Texas currently 42+ defendants and ranks number one out of all fifty states. Based on my own preliminary research I can only identify two defendants from Texas that currently detained pending trial.
