Dear Yvvone St Cyr - thanks for the new subscriber

I genuinely mean this - you need to listen to your attorneys and stop engaging on social media. Everything you are posting is being archived and could be used against you in your criminal trial.

For those unaware - on March 19, 2021 I published the following article about Defendant Yvvone St Cyr. Prior to publication I took the extra step of pulling down her various Facebook videos that she voluntarily posted about her involvement in the deadly January 6, 2021 insurrection…The sad reality is the deadly insurrection, ultimately resulted in the death of seven Americans. Three of whom were in law enforcement and two of whom died by suicide.

I took the time to convert those videos to MP4s and uploaded to my own YouTube channel via the aptly titled Yvvone Orbin St Cyr Facebook Videos of Jan 6th

The reason I chose to archive Defendant St Cyr’s videos is it will help researchers, Law Enforcement and prosecutors with the monolith task of identifying other subjects. I’m also a fan of making sure evidence is preserved. Consequently a few days ago Facebook and Twitter suspended Defendant St Cyr’s various social media accounts - which also meant the videos, pictures and other evidence is no longer publicly available

Which now brings us to Yvvone using her husband Troy’s Facebook account (archived - also archived), where she posted a relatively short Facebook live video. And apparently she’s pretty mad and decided to let me know how mad she is.

As further evident by her comment on a video that’s available on my YouTube channel. What Defendant St Cyr doesn’t understand is that it is highly likely and probable that both the FBI and USAO are monitoring her social media. I can actually attest to the fact that the USAO-DC is aware because I personally emailed the prosecutor and provided him with the link to the videos I uploaded.

Should we tell Yvvone that I’m not one to be intimidated or pressured into silence? Her recent social media post would actually give rise for the Government to file a Pretrial Detention Motion or at the very minimum have a Court modify the strict conditions of her release. Moreover when her arrest warrant was returned as executed (ECF or via my public drive) I didn’t tag her - I simply reported the facts surrounding her case

And yes while it is certainly Ms St Cyr prerogative to be incensed that her actions have been memorialized. For the record Defendant St Cyr is the one who decided to “tag” her friends in her various January 6, 2021 Facebook Videos. Again maybe instead of castigating a person who’s simply reporting the facts of your actions, perhaps you should look at your actions and how they resulted in your arrest. As expected her supporters will likely swarm my YouTube Account or even this platform.

But for the record those kind of tactics do not work on me, conversely what I will do is archive the post and then send them to the USAO-DC who’s prosecuting her case. Again I genuinely mean this, Defendant St Cyr should listen to her attorneys, refrain from engaging on social media and spend time with her family. Should Defendant St Cyr continue with this kind of behavior - I don’t see how this will help her defense.

You tell me - does Defendant St Cyr’ s recent Facebook post (again her Facebook account was suspended so she’s now resorting to using her husband’s Facebook account) read like a threat? Her friend Tina also seems super nice. Also archived

Also I didn’t know Defendant St Cyr had a TikToc account until she proffered it in her recent Facebook live video - the reality is Defendant St Cyr’s behavior and subsequent railing at the facts I’m reporting - this doesn’t help her case. Given my proclivity of archiving and unusual self restraint… every email, every comment it is all being archived and being sent to both the FBI and USAO-DC.
