Epstein Prison Guards enter into a DPA and won’t serve any jail time

If you want to believe in the deluded QANON-for-the-Left conspiracy theories that’s up to you - I would rather put my stock into facts educed in the docket.

Facts just give me F-A-C-Ts - Okay?

Look at lot of people are going to speciously amplify the (insane) QANON-for-the-Left Conspiracy theories. And as tempting as that might be for some, I think it’s important to stick to the facts;

• Fact One - Jeffery Epstein was a Apex Sexual Predator

• Fact Two - he committed suicide because that was the one last act that he could control and in taking his own life, he robbed the victims of true justice

• Fact Three - the Federal Bureau of Prisons has been chronically under staffed. Exasperated by the increasingly high turn over rate of Guards resigning and BOP’s inability to recruit & keep guards.

• Fact Four - MCC Guards Tova Noel and Michael Thomas were indicted on November 19, 2019 for falsifying time sheets. When Defendants Noel & Thomas were assigned to MCCC’s SHU (Special Housing Unit) -the defendants admitted that they falsified records. That they failed to conduct the prerequisite “checks” on inmates, instead the Defendants sat at their desk, browsed the internet and slept.

  In the early morning hours of August 10, 2019 the Defendants went to Epstein’s cell and discovered he had committed suicide by hanging himself.

Of those individuals, who are spinning farcical conspiracies (and consistently do so for the clicks and retweets) that Attorney General Barr (whom I detest with the rays of a thousand suns) - “visited Epstein in jail” or that it was a “premeditated murder to silence Epstein” did it occur to those who believe this QANON-for-the-Left Conspiracy peddlers that they never and I mean never produced a single document to substantiate their insane conspiracy theories?

Unlike those disinformation peddlers I truly like to stick to the facts in the public record. Mainly because I spent the better part of two years believing their insane bullshit. Until I realized they have zero ties to the Intelligence Community, didn’t have a basic understanding of Coury filings and did not have any contacts in the Legal Community. Yet these same spent entire days and sometimes weeks spinning insanely unhinged bonkers conspiracy theories. As if they are the true subject matter experts. Maybe in spewing disinformation is their expertise. However not my circus, so not my monkeys,

In the end sometimes the truth is very simple. In the Epstein-Suicide at MCC, you had two guards who failed their basic duties and when they found Epstein dead they had to “falsify their reports and timesheets” - really it’s that simple and I’ve never understood why so many believed the insane conspiracy theories.

Because if you read the November 2019 indictment - prosecutors go into detail about who has access to the MCC-SHU and the mechanism in place to restrict said access. If we can dispense with the demonstrably false disinformation that
“Attorney General Barr orchestrated a hit on Epstein at the behest of Trump - to ensure Epstein’s silence” that would be swell…

May 21, 2021 Letter from the Government

Again I’m not in the habit of amplifying QANON-for-the-Left Conspiracy theories and would rather focus on the facts laid out in Court documents versus “pretending” to know because in this case the facts are in black and white

For the Record the Court must approve the DPA

…inform the Court that the parties have entered into deferred prosecution agreements (the “Agreements”), which have been approved by Pretrial Services and are included for the Court’s consideration…the Government has determined that the interests of justice will best be served by deferring prosecution in this District.

The proposed Agreements contemplate an additional six-month term of supervision by Pretrial Services…

• The defendants will cooperate with a pending Department of Justice Office of Inspector General review by providing truthful information related to their employment by the Bureau of Prisons, including about the events and circumstances described in the Indictment; and

• The defendants will complete 100 hours of community service, preferably in an area related to the criminal justice system.

Like I said it is entirely up to you on who and what you want to believe. I for one do not take the trust of my followers/readers for granted. I strive to provide you with original documents, I rarely make predictions (unless I have a ton of receipts to back up my assertions) but I have never willfully or intentionally withheld original documents because I’m not a megalomaniac that likes to manipulate people.
