Meaning the video of (now) Defendant Debra MAIMONE was taken in the Crypt and based on the time date stamp it appears it was taken when the orange fluorescent tape-proud boys were also present.

Affidavit/Statement of Facts as to Defendant Maimone ECF or via my public drive

Criminal Complaint ECF - (or via my public drive) both MAIMONE and VOGEL charged with:18 U.S.C. § 641—Theft of Property ($1,000 or less), 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) and (2)—Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority; 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(D) and (G)—Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds;

All I am going to say is reading both MAIMONE and VOGEL’s Affidavits was deeply satisfying and dare I say kind of rewarding. Granted I did start to wonder when the charges would be filed. Similar to Steve Ayers and Matt Perna I had actually identified MAIMONE in January. When Parler was still operational and I pulled her video down & converted it to a MP4. I also remember doing a thread about her and her New Castle, PA business because I just happen to like an Amish market & I’ve been known to drive three+ hours just to buy their ham salad. So by the time March 1, 2021 rolled around I was like woohoo.

Now let’s dive into the affidavit- the “put your mask on” was kind of an aha moment when I saw she posted that <20 second video to Parler.

The affidavit disclosed that both defendants stole government property in the form of specialized PPE - typically used to protect you from chemical irritants and nuclear or radiological particles - in short this kind of PPE is highly specialized and it can be expensive. This OSHA link is a decent primer regarding PPE “escape hoods”

2:47 PM, CCTV video shows VOGEL and MAIMONE picking up a bag clearly marked POLICE, rummaging through it, and taking silver packages from the POLICE bag. CCTV video also shows MAIMONE and VOGEL carrying silver packages. According to U.S. Capitol Police, the silver packages contain escape hoods, which are a form of personal protective equipment (PPE) designed to protect the wearer from chemical agents, biological agents, nuclear or radiological particles and toxic industrial chemicals..

After storming the Capitol - MAIMONE jumped on Parler via trumpisyourpresident1776 and had the following exchange with another Parler user:

Defendant Phillip Vogel, II “Flip”

I don’t even know where to begin with this one - you’ll note that both of the affidavits closely mirror each other - with minor deviations, for example there are two different screenshots/pictures used in Vogel’s affidavit but substantively the affidavit are nearly verbatim.

Vogel’s Facebook account is still active but just in case I went ahead and archived his account - what is weird is the post from yesterday - he was tagged with 34+ other users and base on a preliminary search I am about 95% confident that at least one (who was tagged) is also current on a FBI wanted BOLO.

With respect to the Affidavit - the FBI agent used Open Source Searches and explicitly referenced an October 2020 KDKA Interview of “Flip Vogel” who was rescued after their boat hit a log and capsized their boat - also note the tattoos on his hand. I am genuinely in awe of our FBI, no detail is too small for them.

If you watch the first video embedded and then watch this video which was referenced in the Affidavit- I’m not a voice recognition expert but the Affiant stated that the voices “match” —so that’s good enough for me.

The Affidavit also referenced a January 7, 2021 Facebook post by “Flip Vogel” - link to the live Facebook post, found here —I also took the liberty of archiving the Facebook post referenced in the affidavit

And lastly the Affidavit - includes a recent post by Vogel pushing the “big lie” that either BLM and/or Antifa infiltrated the MAGA-QANON violent mob. You do understand that is a lie, it was a premeditated lie that was pushed by both the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and QANON & MAGA.

But in order to have a broader context of Vogel’s January 14, 2021 “Facebook Reply” -this is the original Facebook post (also archived) - I do think it helps add more context to Vogel’s reply. Also I’ll fully admit I truly enjoy reading some of the newer comments on his old Facebook post.
