FRANK J. SCAVO - there it is-the Pennsylvania Insurrection Bus tour

Pennsylvania Republican that organized busses for the January 6, 2021 Rally and I would suggest that SCAVO might be cooperating with the Government

On January 14, 2021 Defendant Scalp’s hometown newspaper the Times Leader published;

Was Scavo inside Capitol? And what was Dartoe doing?

“We stayed about 15-20 minutes and I took some photos. We received a text from the D.C. mayor that a curfew would begin at 6 p.m. We decided to round up our people to return to the buses and leave…We didn’t see what was going on inside the Capitol…

On January 16, 2021 The Times Leader published a follow-up Opinion Article, entitled:

Our View: Mr. Scavo goes to Washington

In a sea of humanity, Scavo looks like “that guy” in the Getty photos. There he is, with his mask and his neatly parted hair, holding up his phone as if to take a photo, maybe even a selfie. It’s hard to say for sure, but his eyes suggest a grin.

We have no idea what Scavo’s role was that day. We suspect that the bespectacled former school board member and political candidate, who is in his late 50s, probably was one of the many who went along with the crowd rather than leading it, but nevertheless enjoying the moment.

Charges:

18 U.S.C. §1752(a)(1) -Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or GroundsWithout Lawful Authority, 18 U.S.C. §1752(a)(2) -Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds, 40 U.S.C. §5104 (e)(2)(D) -Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds, and 40 U.S.C. §5104(e)(2 (G) -Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building

As stated in the affidavit/statement of facts, on January 7, 2021 the FBI received a tip, which indicated that Defendant Scavo had “organized bus trips to Washington D.C. for a rally President Donald Trump announced would be held on January 6, 2021” —base in part from local reporting Scavo helped bus over two hundreds people to the deadly January 6, 2021 insurrection. Worse? Scavo lied about his lies to his hometown newspaper and TV reporters about his presence inside the Capitol.

The Affidavit goes on to state that Scavo was captured by a Getty Photojournalist - and proved that he was in fact inside the Capitol. It was Scavo’s face mask ‘END THE RAIN TAX” —which helped investigators to confirm his identity

“According to publicly viewable information on Facebook, at 1:26 p.m. on January 6, 2021, a Facebook account with the screenname ‘Frank Scavo’ and featuring a picture of Scavo in its cover photo posted a message reading, ‘V.P. PENCE FAILS AMERICA … .’”

The affidavit also disclosed that on January 15, 2021 SCAVO and his attorney voluntarily agreed to be interviewed by an FBI Special Agent and an FBI task force officer at FBI’s office in Scranton, Pennsylvania… and that’s where Scavo repeatedly lied to the Agents. Scavo told investigators;

“…he was pushed inside the Capitol due to the movement of the large crowd and was unable to resist getting pushed into the building…”

The fact is Scavo recorded video of himself, inside the Capitol. Moreover he introduced himself to a female and appears to have been an enthusiastic rioter. During the aforementioned interview with FBI agents Defendant SCAVO admitted he was inside the Capitol. Telling is SCAVO documented his crime-ing and at times narrated the videos he took.

In one video he recorded while inside the building, SCAVO turned the cellphone camera on himself and stated, “This is top-secret shit. We’re in the Capitol. Stormed the fucking Capitol of the fucking United States at 58 years old. What the fuck is wrong with America?”

Because nothing says I’m a super patriotic American like breaking into the Capitol and then asking other rioters to take a selfie of you standing in front of a painting -all while documenting your activities on your cellphone - I suppose the silver lining is ultimately SCAVO gave the FBI the various pictures and videos from his cellphone.

Summary -

If you read the MDPA MJCase docket closely there’s enough information that strongly suggest that SCAVO might be cooperating with the Government. For Example on March 25, 2021 the Court granted the Government’s request to “toll the clock”

…further when you read the recently filed Criminal Information in conjunction with today’s MOTION to Cancel Preliminary Hearing by USA as to Frank J. Scavo (via ECF or via my public drive) a logical guess is SCAVO might (operative word) cooperating with the Government.

One could extrapolate that SCAVO has information the Government needs for part of their ongoing investigation. For Example, the names, addresses and other personal identifiable information of the more than two hundred “Trump supporters” that paid to ride in the busses that SCAVO secured. But again that’s an educated guess on my part, so it is reasonable to be skeptical - I won’t take it personally but everything in SCAVO’s docket points to him potentially cooperating with the Government

Remember this name Martin Dartoe, he is currently a candidate for Luzerne County Council -he took to Facebook and admitted that he climbed a wall outside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 to “get a better view of what was happening as a peaceful protest turned into chaos that shook the nation” Dartoe’s primary Facebook Account archived his Campaign Facebook Account, also archived
