I made a few new sunrise friends this morning

Trust me - wait for it. Teddy and Toby are my new friends and they managed to photobomb my sunrise video in the most hilarious way possible.

I think all Monday mornings should start this way.

Enjoy - I’ll be in and out most of the week but I may (schedule) articles to publish -with any luck we will be heading back to DC later this week. But that depends largely on the last inspection and rate of project completion.

Also apologies for the 1AM email regarding the ghost gun article, I inadvertently set publish for 1:11AM versus 1:11PM - so again my apologies for the duplicate newsletter email
