John Sullivan Case Update

And a technical question about geofencing and ID’ing several FBI BOLO most wanted - I found something and it’s kind of important

Full disclosure there tends to be a false narrative that I’m “picking” on <insert defendant’s name> this is the same specious & coarse line of attack I received simply for updating the various Avenatti cases. Rightly or wrongly I ended up taking a lot of incoming fire. Granted initially in March of 2018 I may have tweeted minimal support but by April 2018 I was like “run away - Avenatti is bad news”…I don’t need to preen about my assertions concerning Avenatti - I was right because I did the research and that’s where the facts lead me. Yes that sounds like an incredibly binary “choice”, but it is truly why I never acquiesced, I had the facts on my side and I refused to back down.

If you genuinely think that line of attack or criticism will work on me with Defendant John Sullivan — it won’t. That said Defendant John Sullivan is a bit of a quagmire. On one hand he did provide a lot of video evidence, some of which investigators and prosecutors are using in numerous other Jan 6th Insurrection Criminal Cases. On the other hand and largely based on evidence proffered by the Government - John Sullivan isn’t as altruistic as he purports to be.

Defendant John Sullivan Case Update:

As a brief primer, you’ll want to reread this February 18th article - February 20th update, post - the Government just filed a Notice (ECF) concerning discovery and attached a three page letter (ECF) sent to Sullivan’s Defense Attorney. Let’s break down the notice of discovery - but first allow me to show you what Sullivan has done since his release

To be fair this isn’t unusual this is part of the criminal trial process- specifically discovery. That said I told you that his info wars interview would come back to haunt him. I don’t know if Sullivan is ignoring what his Defense Attorneys are telling him to do - in short I don’t know any credible defense attorney that would allow a client to keep doing precisely what put him in legal jeopardy.

February 23, 2021 YouTube Video concerning his “release” - I’ll admit I didn’t watch the whole video because it just makes my stomach churn. Sullivan is trying to re-write the narrative and attempting to wash away his own culpability. But it’s the March 4, 2021 Update that genuinely has me seeing red - he was suspended from nearly all social media platforms. The Court was clear as it relates to his Conditions of Release, complete disassociation with Insurgence USA

And look the Supreme Court has ruled that burning the American flag is protected speech - notwithstanding if you really hold that much hate for our Country that you would not only burn an American flag in the streets of Washington DC, just a few months before the deadly insurrection —perhaps you are actually part of the problem. It is repugnant to me that Sullivan has and continues to unjustly enrich himself be “claiming” to be a journalist but is also a clear agitator.

Geofencing and how to use it…

Sullivan is on film saying “burn it all down” and “F__ck yes I’m ready I want a riot” to “this is our house” but here’s my question if prosecutors already have his cell phone data via geofencing warrant - to indentfy other unknown subjects why not fine tune that GeoFencing data and use it to identify;

I would urge you to pay very close attention to the 2nd half of the video you can see the suspect for <2 seconds (lower left hand screen) - meaning if you pull the exclusion list (which we know the FBI has because it was noted in numerous affidavits) and match that to current GeoFencing search warrants - you could actually identify other phones in close proximity to Defendants, like John Sullivan.

But then again I’m making a few giant assumptions like - investigators have access to cell phone tower data and they could use the GeoFencing warrants to essentially create a circle and then widen that circle. As many of you know (especially when I was on Twitter) I was a quasi PITA account re USA v Chatrie but I do think that if it’s possible to do a giant sweep of cell phone data - investigators could make quick work out of identity most if not all of the “FBI Bolo” subjects, especially for those who were standing shoulder to shoulder with Sullivan inside the Capitol.
