The June 2020 Indictment (ECF or via my public drive) which charged Greenberg with violations of;
18 U.S.C. § 2261A(2) - Stalking
18 U.S.C. § 1028(a)(7) - Fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and information
Count One:
“…would be reasonably expected to cause substantial emotional distress to a political opponent who worked at a school located in the Middle District of Florida…
Overt Acts as to Count One - Greeburg set up a Twitter account and a Facebook accounts portending to be a “concerned student” and a “concerned teacher” targeting a young person…
“…caused letters to be sent… to the school located in the Middle District of Florida where the school employee worked. The letters falsely represented that they were being sent by an anonymous "very concerned student" of the school who had information that the school employee had engaged in sexual misconduct with a particular student…”
The indictment goes on to state that Greenberg used the social media accounts to falsely accuse a political adversary of his - engaged in a sexual relationship with a minor-student
“…postings to be made using that account that - alleged that the school employee had engaged in sexual misconduct with a student, when in truth and in fact, as JOEL MICAH GREENBERG then and there well knew, the allegations were false…”

On July 15, 2020 a Grand Jury seated in the Middle District of Florida handed down a superseding indictment

Not to belabor the point but Greenberg is and has always been a dirty POS but what he did is beyond repulsive. Because I’ll bet you Nestor is going to be super pissed.

In short Greenberg used his position of public trust to traffic a minor to engage in sexual activity, he used D.A.V.I.D. to (unlawfully) obtain a government ID, a FL drivers license and then he used some of that information to trade sex for favors - Joel Greenberg is facing sex trafficking charges related to a girl between the ages of 14 & 17 - and the SR2 accuses Greenberg of illegally using D.A.V.I.D to look up info about the girl and other people with whom he was allegedly in a relationship with, a sexual relationship…

Moreover in late February 2021 or early March of 2021 Greenberg violated the terms of his release and he was re-arrested

As you can see the Court was very clear AND this actually explains a few sealed filings but if I were a reporter I’d love to know what terms did Greenberg violate - my educated guess is he used the Internet and/or had some impermissible contact

Been following this Greenberg case from "middle Florida" when I am down there. Couldn't believe it then- when first arrested. How in the hell do these trashy people get elected. I know the tax collector position isn't exactly glamorous but really? Faking ID's... Lord. And the fact that he and Gaetz go way back. Birds of a feather. Probably drunk talk about their escapades like a couple of frat boys. Well it makes sense. No one can even begin to describe all the garbage heap that Gaetz is-- from his drunk arrests and his despicable actions in Congress. He's nothing more than a joke and not sure how he could get reelected. That arm of the state should be severed.
