On May 2, 2021 a witness contacted the FBI and gave them a tip that the individual depicted in FBI Photo 325-AFO-A & B had a YouTube Channel
CliffCares —
the tipster used facial recognition software and that’s how they discovered his YouTube Channel — and forwarded that information to the FBI. For example this November 2020 YouTube video
The FBI conducted a Google search of “CliffCares” and “motorcycle” and found a publicly accessible YouTube channel titled “CliffCares,” a publicly accessible Facebook business page titled “Cliff's Mobile Motorcycle Tires,” and an Instagram account titled “CauseCliffCares.” All three social media accounts appeared to be operated by an individual matching the appearance of the individual depicted in 325-AFO-A. In several videos on these social media accounts, the individual is wearing the same “Infowars” baseball cap seen in 325-AFO-A.
Defendant Ballard’s Instagram Account archived -his Business Facebook account also archived - Ballard’s personal Facebook account, also archived. Like I said I’d rather take my time and archive any and all social media and/or digital footprints. Versus rushing to be the first to report. Mainly because I’m not that insecure nor is my self worth tied to “likes and retweets” —social media is addictive and incredibly harmful.
The reason I tend to archive is if their account(s) are suspended or deleted then that information is no longer available. And in today’s climate of Blue-QANON-sense and MAGA-QANON. All of whom display parasitic information horse-shoe behaviors. I think it’s paramount that data and facts are preserved/archived. Mainly for future research purposes. I mean have you ever tried to talk over an insane drug addled alcohol immersed screaming goat? You can’t win because they tend to scream the loudest. And frankly the reality is facts do not matter to conspiracy-prone nonsensical-theory grifters/charlatans.
I like facts and I like files. I also find that a slow & steady pragmatic approach is better versus rushing out a “article” sans all the facts. But I’m not the boss of you. I’m merely stating my journalistic standards.
…June 4, 2021, the FBI interviewed Officer-1…shown a photograph of an individual at the Capitol Riots…identified the individual in the photo as “Cliff,” who Officer-1 had previously hired to work on Officer-1’s motorcycle… Officer-1 also directed the FBI to another Arlington, Texas police officer (“Officer-2”) who had used “Cliff’s” repair services.
June 7, 2021, the FBI interviewed Officer-2…shown the same photograph shown to Officer-1, and recognized the individual as “Cliff” who owned a motorcycle tire replacement business in Texas. Officer-2 said that “Cliff” had provided Officer-2 with the same telephone number ending in 7148 as was given to Officer-1.
With a very high degree of confidence (like a 100% degree of confidence) this is the Video referenced on pages 4 and 5 of the Affidavit. The timestamp is 0:32 and then I actually realized something …
As page 5 of the affidavit states -you can clearly see Defendant Ballard repeatedly assaulting Law Enforcement with a baton. I believe at least one of the police officers ended up with a shattered wrist —but it’s possibly I’m incorrect. Notwithstanding the time and location match up to a police officer sustaining serious injuries to his lower arm/wrist.
March 2021 -you thought I was kidding. I wasn’t.
Back in March I was added to a private Facebook group - one of the members posted numerous videos that were not widely circulated - the defendant can be seen in the video.
I explained in my March 2021 article (see below) how I became aware and ultimately in procession of these previously uncirculated facebook videos. And yes of course I sent the videos to the FBI before publication of this March 2021 article. Because I’m not looking for notoriety or going viral. Incidentally shortly thereafter I guess my cover was blown. I found myself unceremoniously ejected from the “private WildProtest Trump” Facebook group. Being booted didn’t bother me because I was able to extract nearly 22 videos totally more than 1 hour and 43 minutes. And after all that was always my goal, infiltration, extraction and get those videos to Law Enforcement. I guess mission accomplished? <snort>
Like I said the time and location match up but again I’m not 100% certain that Defendant Ballard actually broke the police officers wrist. Irrespective of that, what is certain and confirmed by Body Worn Cameras, Defendant Ballard assaulted multiple law enforcement officers with a police-like baton. And he used a dangerous/deadly weapon to assault law enforcement.
So help me sweet baby Jesus if the USAO-DC does not file a motion to detain pending trial I will lose my every loving mind. I haven’t seen it hit the docket but Defendant Ballard does have a Detention hearing set for later this week.

Example 8 —In June of 2017 Defendant Jihadist-Gumby posted on a Forum Page and I noticed that no one had actually archived that particular forum, so I took the liberty of archiving it.

The affidavit is -in a word? Chilling. I mean look at what I highlighted. He purportedly stated he was employed as a “Sleeper Agent”. Perhaps I’m being too rational but if you really were a “sleeper agent” would you ever actually put that in writing in a public document?
Although come to think of it, we have a cadre of individuals masquerading as part of the “intelligence community” or “insiders in the inside” —Factually speaking this same cadre of individuals have never held any security clearance, none whatsoever. Setting aside the obvious fact that most individuals with actual important jobs are not tweeting like the subway-pizza-rat mainlining Red Bull.
I find that “important” people with “important jobs” are not tweeting like they just snorted crushed up Ritalin with a chaser of Xanax and washed it down with a nice tall glass of Tito’s on the rocks. So there’s that fun fact nugget…

I actually remember that picture being speed tweeted on Twitter. I think I was one of many Twitter accounts that debunked that photographic disinformation. My recollection is the same account that had tweeted that Trump had declared Marshal (I know it’s martial) Law and posted a video of a railroad track in Southern California that depicted the DOD moving a ton of tanks and other heavy artillery equipment.
But it’s the following paragraphs in the affidavit that sent shivers down my spine. If you want to know how a radicalized domestic terrorist sounds/writes, just read what I highlighted in the affidavit. Because that’s not “blowing off steam” those are very chilling thoughts. And it’s also instructive on how easily Donald J Trump & his surrogates & media echo chamber machine radicalized thousands of Americans.

You get how Defendant Gunby actually sounds like a radicalized Trump-Jihadist, right? That his comments closely echo/mirror the same pattern and rhetoric used by foreign Terror groups like Isis and al-Shabaab. Defendant Gunby stating “he’s willing to die for his beliefs” that is textbook terrorism talk. Specifically glorification of willingness to being a martyr for the cause. And if you want my unsolicited opinion, Donald J Trump is akin to Osama bin Laden;
Trump radicalized thousands of domestic terrorist.
Trump told them where to go.
Trump told them the mission and the targets.
So if you have another more “political correct” description/phrase of what the Jan6th Domestic Terrorist are - then I’m all ears. Until such time; if it acts like a domestic terrorist. If it talks like a Domestic Terrorist. If it proselytize for their Domestic Terror leader Donald J Trump or “the cause” —then shocker well duh it’s a domestic terrorist.
And the USAO-DC better get their act together because their record sucks elephant balls. Hundreds of domestic terrorist RoR’d yea GTFOH because I’m done being polite and nice. You don’t allow domestic terrorist to be RoR’d so they can stockpile dozens of guns or strangle and cause seriously bodily injury on their girlfriend (and then you file an emergency motion nearly 9 days after Pretrial Services notified you about the violation. And you filed it 7 days AFTER the Court issued an arrest warrant on July 30 -your emergency motion was filed/docketed on August 6, 2021 -fact check that, I’ll wait.
I don’t know what is going on at the USAO-DC but I’ll keep silently screaming about what in the freshest of all fresh hells is this “acting” US Attorney thinking and doing because it’s maddening to see nearly 4 out of 5 Defendants being either RoR’d or minimal unsecured bond

Upon reading the Affidavit/Statement of Facts as to Defendant Meteer, it was déjà vu —especially when I went to his Facebook account because I had previously researched him back in late February after I stumbled upon this Facebook post
On August 10, 2021 the FBI executed a judicially authorized search warrant on Defendant Meteer’s Knoxville, TN home. And then a local ABC news affiliate broadcast an interview with Defendant Meteer. I’ve embedded the video below and you can draw your own conclusions about his specious statements and unapologetic attitude towards his activities

His Twitter Account appears to have been abandoned in 2012, archived -his Facebook account reads like a slow descent into a conspiracy Mecca of madness, archived. For Example his June 4, 2021 Facebook post, also archived —Defendant Meteer also posted 5 different videos -which depicts him watching the MyPillow QANON-lunatic espousing his dangerous lies about the 2020 Election.
Based on preliminary research — and with a high degree of confusion this is Defendant Meteer in October 2014 performing Live at Randy’s
To be clear I am not 100% confident that this is the Defendant but this February 2013 news clip caught my attention when I was data scraping. The issue is the DOB, full name match to Defendant Clifford J Meteer. Conversely what are the chances that there are two Clifford James Meteer born on the same date and living in Youngstown and Knoxville? I suppose it’s possible but again I’m not 100% confident that these are one in the same.

As the affidavit states, Witness # 1 is a family member of Defendant Meteer and that witness submitted a tip to the FBI on January 13, 2021 and four months later the FBI interviewed the witness.
On April 19, 2021 the FBI interviewed witness 1. Whereas on January 13, 2021 Witness 1 submitted which was a screen shot depicted below..
Save the Republic & Stop the Steal…
Witness 2 was interviewed by the FBI on April 20, 2021. Witness 2 is a former classmate of METEE and they have associated with each other through Facebook. Witness 2 stated that METEER had multiple Facebook posts on his personal page regarding his involvement at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, to include the photograph in the tip. Witness 2 stated the related Facebook posts had since been deleted. Witness 2 identified the man holding the sign as CLIFF METEER.
Investigators were then able to piece together Defendant Meteer’s movements on the Capitol Grounds complex and eventually inside the Capitol Building. The Affiant provided 10 different screen captures from CCTV security surveillance cameras.
Personally I found paragraph 32 et seq the most interesting. Largely because the Defendant appears to have been “proud” about storming the Capitol and wanted his “friends” to know he was there. Sliding into 3 different Facebook-Friends DMs
But paragraph 35 is, in my view the most damning and ironically Defendant Meteer appears to be parroting Donald Trump’s own statements. When I say that Trump has radicalized thousands, likely millions of Americans to take up arms and violently attempt to overthrow our Government…Which reads in part:
In a string of public comments on Facebook beginning on January 7, 2021, METEER posted;
“I was there. No riot. Trump Lives Matter. I was right where our honored veteran was viciously assassinated. Dems protest by looting Walmart; reps protest by “petitioning” congress. And their answer is a modern day Boston massacre.”, “Murder case n the capital building. Trump lives matter”…
“I was there”, “Are you nuts!!!!!? The democrat stealing the election is the cause of loyal citizens storming the Bastille”, “That’s Our house. They don’t get to disregard our vote”, “I saw no violence. I saw no destruction. Are you surprised he media is distorting reality? I saw 2 kids trying to kick in a door and we told them to stop and they did. As to violence, I was right around the corner from the vet who was murdered.”
And for now I think you are mostly caught up —I’d keep an eye out for the USAO-DC filing a Pretrial Detention motion for Defendant Ballard and Gunby…but then again the USAO-DC track record has been let these Domestic Terrorist out on RoR or a tiny unsecured bond. I know you are sick of hearing me say this but I’m going to repeat it:
Any Domestic Terrorist that beat Law Enforcement should be in custody pending trial. Period. Full Stop
