Meet Joseph Wayne Fischer - a Patrolman at North Cornwall Township Police Department in Pennsylvania - now charged via criminal complaint

And here we are, imagine that, a current Police Officer facing charges. He’s next hearing is scheduled for Tuesday February 23, 2021 - me thinks the Friday afternoon arrest is special (snort)

Arrested 2/19/2021 in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. 

Initial appearance 2/19/21.

Ordered detained pending a detention hearing scheduled for 2/23/21 at 1:30pm in the Middle District of Pennsylvania

Oh good LORD - you insurrectionist are all getting identified. You ding-dongs can’t help but to humble brag.

The temerity and asinine-ness of these insurrectionist - here’s how this goes down 1) you dolts are publicly humble bragging on your social media accounts, and (not or but A-N-D) 2) you had your cell phones with you, and 3) you recorded yourselves committing crimes and 4) law enforcement subpoenaed not only your social media account but also your cellular provider. Good Lord you guys all deserve to be indicted - the sheer stupidity here is like 70 layers of deep stupid.

The affidavit disclosed that on January 10, 2021, the FBI received information that the Facebook user with the vanity (Subject-1), who had posted a video showing Fischer (a police officers) in the front of a group of insurrectionist, pushing against the police.

Your affiant determined from the Publicly available information on Subject- 1’s Facebook page did not list any identifying information. However, it contained the following picture. January 14, 2021, (EST) to January 10, 2021 6:00 AM (EST). Upon analyzing the results of the subpoena that Facebook provided,mOpen source research indicated that the email address jfischer@XXXXXX.org

This is how brazen Fischer was/is. In a Facebook messenger chat:

“…may need a job [after] word got out that I was at the rally ... lol,” according to the complaint. “[T]he FBI may arrest me ... lol,” Fischer wrote. “I know they are targeting police who went.” Fisher then states that he spoke with his police chief - overtly saying if he lost his job, then that was “the price I have to pay to voice my freedom and liberties which I was born with and thusly taken away.” “I told him I have no regrets and give zero shits,” Fischer further wrote: “Sometimes doing the right thing no matter how small is more important than ones own security.”

According to a local News Affiliate Fischer has now been suspended without pay. And his detention hearing is scheduled for February 23, 2021 - Tuesday.

Which makes me laugh because if you know how things work, then you know a Friday arrest means you’re going to spend the weekend in jail. Oh my Joseph, perhaps that will provide you a few days to think about your poor life choices. You were a police officer. You swore an oath and yet you posted your crimes on Facebook. You were captured on Metropolitan PD’s body cam footage and the Capitol security surveillance footage.
