Random random CBP screening at USA/Canada boarder nets >$1.41Million in suspected Methamphetamine.
…CBPO K-9 handler and his K-9 were dispatched to the truck to conduct further inspections… but let’s also remind ourselves of the Biden Administration’s CBP nominee Chris Magnus
For the umpteenth time; I have not returned to Twitter
…and it is highly unlikely that I’ll ever return to that cesspool of a platform. Hilariously though and irrespective of what my four primary cyberstalkers/trolls say/tweet. I don’t have the bandwidth to contemplate how damaged in the head my stalkers/trolls really are. I kind of pity them. It must be horrible and exhausting existence to hold on to the bitterness, obsession (boarder line creepy) and filled with that much “rage and regret” that the vast majority of the time you’re rage tweeting.
In my personal experience, adults end a friendships all the time. Mature adults move on and wish their former friend(s) luck in their future endeavors. My assumption is, my four primary stalkers/trolls lack the intellectual capacity to conduct themselves like a well rounded adult.
As previously noted — it has become abundantly clear (at least to me) Twitter is an incredibly toxic platform. Resulting in adverse impacts and real life consequences. At a later date I’ll go over the violence, suicide and self harm data which accurately reflects just how broken and dangerous Twitter really is. This is especially true for individuals who are not on that platform (by choice or via suspension) —additionally, Twitter has devolved as an incredibly dangerous information/disinformation weapon.
Notwithstanding, recently I decided (sine die) to rededicate my Instagram account. Henceforth that account will be used strictly for the thousands, yes there are thousands of videos of the Ocean and Sounds.
DHS, CBP, USCIS, ICE and Rapid Technologies for Drug Interdiction
S&T Research and Development — June 11, 2021 —Fiscal Year 2021 Report to Congress. DHS has a statutory requirement to transmit various reports to Congress. Before we dive head first into the Criminal Complaint and Statement of Facts concerning last Thursday (Nov 11, 2021) —I’d like to draw your attention to this June 11, 2021 DHS Report: Rapid Technologies for Drug Interdiction - dhs.gov
Presently, no single technical approach meets the demands and challenges of the Department’s counterdrug mission.
Current detection strategies rely on a tiered approach that uses;
advanced information, drug-sniffing canines, X-ray image-based screening, and search and examination by hand.
S&T’s R&D efforts are focused on advancing technology within this tiered approach. To enable more efficient high-volume inspection, S&T is enhancing X-ray screening technologies with algorithms to automatically recognize potential threats, like drugs, hidden within the item being screened and to alert the operator that additional inspection is required.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released operational statistics for August 2021, found here. I highly recommend you read the report.
Drug Seizures -DHS- September 2021 Report:

Heroin seizures decreased 36 percent;
Fentanyl seizures increased 34 percent.
You can review CBP drug seizure & statistics, which can be found here. To help you better understand the data contained in the DHS August 2020, found here. DHS Drug Seizure Statistics can be found here
Defendants to CBP “it’s broccoli from California”
In other interesting actual news that didn’t get the attention that it should. As many of you know CBP & DHS-HSI have a variety of tools available to them at both our Southern and Northern BoardersOn November 11, 2021 CBP and HSI encountered a commercial trailer from Detroit, Michigan to Windsor, Canada via the Detroit Ambassador Bridge at approximately 11:20 PM… see EDMI-ECF for criminal complaint and affidavit, or you can pull down the documents from my Scribd Account
When the commercial truck driver & his passenger encountered federal agents, at the boarder, they were each asked where/what of what was in their cargo trailer, Defendant Sandeep Singh (the driver) and Karanpreet Singh (the passenger), both of whom are Canadian permanent residents. The driver responded to agents that the cargo was broccoli from California.
Again initially the cargo truck was randomly selected for inspection at the Detroit Ambassador Bridge (in Detroit, MI) The Defendants were then set to a secondary inspection and yet again the federal agents asked both the driver and passenger:
Do you have any firearms?
Do you have any narcotics?
Do you have more than $10,000 in US currency?
Both then driver and passenger were asked the aforementioned questions on two separate occasions, both responded in the negative. At which point Federal Agents brought in a K-9 who proceeded to alerted to “narcotics” within the bottom bunk in the sleeping area of the truck. At which time both Defendants were then placed into custody and read their Miranda rights.
The driver and passenger informed the Federal Agents that Defendant Sandeep Singh worked for Pride [Logistics] Group, (also see https://shipwithpride.com/en/ ) which is a commercial trucking company headquartered in Brampton, Ontario.
…the truck was then moved to a loading dock at the CBP facility where the white “crystal” material was field tested and returned positive results for “dMethamphetamine hydrochloride.” CBPO’s removed approximately 45 bags…containing the white “crystal” material from under the bottom bunk…that commercial truck drivers are actively involved in smuggling methamphetamine from the U.S. into Canada and are paid approximately $500 - $750 per kilogram smuggled.
…approximately 45 vacuum sealed plastic bags with an approximate weight of 93.75 kilograms which is consistent with large-scale drug smuggling/distribution… based upon experience that 93 kilograms of suspected Methamphetamine has an estimated retail value of approximately $1,400,000.00 in the Toronto, Canada area…
“…HSI SA’s as well as CBPO’s observed at no time did S. SINGH ever ask why he was being detained, how long he would be held, or any questions at all pertaining to his detention. This behavior is extremely odd, as subjects detained for various reasons at the bridge often inquire as to why they are being held, what they did wrong, and when they’ll be free to leave…”
And because my readers know that I’m hardwired to fetch receipts, coupled with the fact know my way around various Federal Database(s) I am a big fan of facts and actual receipts -so yes of course I pulled the DOT file because I can -so I did…
PRIDE GROUP LOGISTICS LTD -USDOT Number: 2556488 as you’ll note the United States Department of Transportation keeps records of various data such as inspections, crashes etc…

CBP & DHS Detroit Ambassador Bridge
If you take a moment and review the various data and reports from CBP concerning the drug, money laundering and firearms interdiction at the USA & Canadian boarder you’ll note a substantial uptick.
For Example in October of 2020 CBP issued the following press release -which reads in part:
Drug enforcement operations at Michigan’s five ports of entry netted the following totals; 9,059 pounds of marijuana – a 1,726% increase when compared with last fiscal year; 211 pounds of cocaine, more than 1.5 pounds of methamphetamines; and a little more than 15 pounds of fentanyl.
A total of 203 firearms were seized – a 227% increase from fiscal year 2019 – along with 5,334 rounds of ammunition.
…undeclared currency seized totaled $4.6 million dollars.
During Fiscal Year 2020, a total of 225 individuals were arrested and those arrest largely included: narcotics smuggling, human smuggling, firearms violations, and fraud. As you’ll note —see CBP link to recent and notable enforcement action —this Agency has clearly ramped up enforcement and I think that’s a good thing. About a week ago CBP published this video and it’s an exception brief primer of what this Agency’s Agents actually do…
October 19, 2021 Nomination of Chris Magnus
To Be Commissioner Of U.S. Customs And Border Protection United States Department of Homeland Security Hearing - his written opening statement was pretty abbreviated (found here) and his written responses to questions posed by the Senate Finance Committee (found here) the Q&A document is some 58 pages long and certainly a worthwhile read -notwithstanding his opening statement, which reads in part:
My 41-year career in public safety has afforded me the opportunity to work in communities of all sizes and types in different geographic areas of the country—each with its own unique needs and challenges. All of them provided opportunities to learn, innovate, and work with talented, dedicated people.
I know all too well the impact that trade and its economic effects can have on America’s communities.
I am acutely aware that CBP's role in enforcing trade laws and facilitating trade goes well beyond the manufacturing sector. If confirmed to lead this agency, I will work with this Committee and with Congress to protect intellectual property, U.S. agriculture, and the many products that Americans rely upon.
You can track Chris Magnus PN-565 nomination process via this Congressional link PN-565 - as you’ll note on November 3, 2021 his nomination was…
“Placed on Senate Executive Calendar. Calendar No. 513. Subject to nominee's commitment to respond to requests to appear and testify before any duly constituted committee of the Senate.”
I know that there are polarizing views of Magnus’ nomination. Generally speaking I don’t have anything critical or fact based observations of the recent criticism —beyond its DC and Senate Confirmations can be ugly. For now I’m comfortable being agnostic about the Magnus Nomination…
Lastly, the other purpose of highlighting this “bust” is that the Fox News et al narrative that solely focuses on the Southern Boarder as some justification to continue castigating the current Administration is (while in principle I might agree) weak on boarder security. Which is a partially false/incorrect narrative. The fact is drugs are being imported/exported to America and these large scale drug operations are within the wheelhouse of CBP —it continues to vex me how the ultra conservative media solely focuses on the Southern Boarder, meanwhile at our Northern Boarder CBP are consistently doing their level best to tamp down the flow of narcotics.
Looks around and then slowly stepping off the soap box… now back to your regularly scheduled programming <snort>

Thank you for highlighting the problem at the Canadian border as well.
Interesting. Nothing we ever seem to hear, that's for sure.
And sorry about all the trolling crap. I personally always thought it humorous that use of colored language. That shows my bias. All I know, is wherever you are, I hope to be. You bring it--with facts, repeatedly. Spelling errors a plus. It gives some of the rest of us some hope that we can be 1/10th of your expertise.
