For the record the Beltway rumor was LOUDERMILK made several calls to several prominent DMV (DC MD VA) criminal defense attorneys and nearly all of them said “hard pass” —“we can’t represent you because we have conflicts” —“you’re on your own -good luck”

Based on our review of surveillance video, social media activity, and witness accounts, we understand you led a tour group through parts of the Capitol complex on January 5, 2021. That group stayed for several hours, despite the complex being closed to the public on that day.

Because those who know, we know where the important parts are, for example the footnotes on page 3 of the June 15, 2022 letter to LOUDERMILK —in a word? Exquisite👇🏻 And this is the HSCJ6 telling LOUDERMILK, Checkmate -your move because sedition has consequences and he should be expelled from the House Chamber, forthwith. To be clear that’s unlikely to happen but imagine how LOUDERMILK’s colleagues (on both sides of the aisle) will look at him. Now if you recall shortly after the deadly January 6, 2022 Insurrection I repeatedly stated that I had sent multiple FOIA request to the Architect of the Capitol. (see here for the tunnels) When videos started surfacing —I became increasingly concerned that the rumors that current members of Congress giving “tours” was deeply troubling because if you know the US Capitol Complex then you know the multiple tunnels. One of which has an actual train/tram system that shuttles members of Congress to/from the US Capitol to their respective offices in the Rayburn, Longworth, and Cannon House Office Buildings…
…well…well… well here we are…
…exactly where some of us said on Jan6th and the months after (you can read my February 2021 article here, where I drilled down on the AOC, the tunnels and how investigators will like.y focus on their own House Colleagues) also see YouTube Videos here, and here along with the accompanying 2021 Substack Articles, found here and here —again because the moment I saw the videos of the Oath Keepers & Proud Boys attempting to prevent the closure of rolling doors to the Capitol tunnels —that’s the precise moment I knew this was a highly planned and coordinated attack on our Capitol.
Bottom line (for me) is I trust the HSCJ6 and so should you. This committee has done an extraordinary job of following the facts (and the money) and the fact there are still large swaths of the American people who do not believe Trump was responsible for the deadly Jan6th Insurrection —it is absolutely mind blowing.

2nd Update includes June 13th USCP letter & other unrelated matters
In the spirit of being transparent and accurate on June 13, 2022 USCP Police Chief Tom Manger sent the following letter to ranking member Rep Davis. One can not properly understand how much pressure Chief Manger might have been under. Additionally the HSCJ6 did in fact interview Rep LOUDERMILK’s constituent. However presently there’s zero indication that the Committee or their staff also provided USCP Chief Manager the videos of Jan6th.
Notwithstanding here are some important facts contained herein:
The “tour” started at approximately 11AM on January 5, 2021
The “constituents” -then “reappeared” on CCTV at 1PM and then Loudermilk appears to walk away from the group.
That’s THREE HOURS —as someone who’s been at the US Capitol Complex literally countless times. A House of Representative member having a three hour tour is absolutely preposterous —at most these tours range from 30 to maybe (and I mean maybe) 60 minutes, certainly NOT over 180+ minutes given the workload of January 5, 2021.
In my countless visits to the Capitol I have not once and I mean once ever whipped out my camera to take pictures of the hallways, stairwells (whispers there are actually multiple stairwells. You should also know that some of these stairwells are designated only for members of Congress, doors are controlled by a key pass system & it requires a badge to allow entry into the members only stairwells. This is also applicable to the various elevators and banks of elevators.
I’m 99.999% certain Newsmax & LOUDERMILK will regret this interview
I mean the subterfuge here is on a whole new level of B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T and I find it comical that he did this interview just hours before the HSCJ6 released their own video/evidence —hey let me know when we can talk about LOUDERMILK’s other cell phone and other unseemly debauchery —because I have files I’ve been sitting on —also Loudermilk stating that the HSCJ6 didn’t send him the letters or contacted him or his office directly is a complete lie …I’m pretty sure the HSCJ6 has the phone & email logs that show they repeatedly reached out to loudermilk…the nonsense that the Capitol was open to the public I debunked that last month And I’m comfortable in my assessment that LOUDERMILK is lying through his shitty veneers
So as a casual observer, coupled with my familiarity of the US Capitol complex, I watched the newly released CCTV videos closely. What struck me as odd;
LOUDERMILK appears to have spent over three hours with this group,
“Christian folks from my church” typically do not film themselves carrying a weapon and threatening the lives of numerous members of Congress,
…if the USCP Chief was unaware of the Jan6th videos of LOUDERMILK’s constituent, that might “color” the USCP’s June 13, 2022 letter
And remember how I said in May 2022 that I don’t believe or trust Rodney Davis? Well there are a multitude of factual reasons for my comment. Again that person from Georgia has not been charged with any crime —although I do think that might (key word) be an actual possibility. Nonetheless it’s clear the HSCJ6 likely served a subpoena which compelled his deposition (keep any eye open for depo transcripts to be released) but it’s incomprehensible that the current USCP Chief can’t see the concern the HSCJ6 has.
Moreover LOUDERMILK’s changing statements have now been proven to be unreliable because at first he denied anyone in the “Church Group” wore red MAGA hats…
“some were actually wearing red baseball caps.”
“If this committee wanted to know the truth about this, all they had to do was ask… accusatory letter … insinuating [I] am some kind of evil conspirator.”
And if LOUDERMILK really wants to clear his name -well there’s a very simple solution, sit down for a transcribed interview (aka deposition) with the HSCJ6 —otherwise it clearly appears he knowingly lied and then tried to cover it up. Irrespective of any potential criminality —the optics of the newly released video looks absolutely terrible.
Also today’s hearing was postponed but I do NOT want you to conflate tomorrow’s hearing with the now postponed June 15, 2022 hearing. Here’s why:

I have a decent theory of why the HSCJ6 postponed their June 15th hearing but for now I’m willing to let the chips fall and to either confirm or refute my educated guess of why the committee canceled it. But I swear if I keep seeing the misinformation about today’s postponement of the hearing “was moved to Thursday June 16, 2022” I will seriously reconsider rejoining Twitter so I can call out the Blue QANON for their persistent disinformation and misinformation. I mean you’d think Blue QANON (who apparently got their medical, law, data forensic degrees from Trump University —shittlestix I mean Google University would know how to navigate the US House of Representatives Document Repository. I’ve repeatedly stated that English is in fact my second language —so what exactly is Blue QANON’s excuse? Looks around, steps off soap box and drops mic —because I can so I did.

On June 10, 2022 the DDC uploaded a recently (partially) unsealed Memo-Order -and let me tell you the whole “bribes for pardons” you really should read the 2 page order, the attachment and the footnotes too:
Because most might not explain this to you -when a criminal (like Elliot Broidy) accepts a presidential pardon, said criminal also forfeits his 5th Amendment rights as it relate to the crimes charged and later pardoned. And that’s also why I found the following footnotes super delicious —because remind me again who did Abbe Lowell also represent during the relevant time period? Rhymes with JarVanka…
