What’s quasi interesting is in this Affidavit- it certainly reads as this didn’t come in via a FBI Tip.

January 6, 2021, an individual later determined to be Russell Dean ALFORD (“ALFORD”) posted a video from inside the U.S. Capitol to his personal YouTube page. The video, titled “January 6, 2021,” appears to show several dozen individuals lined up in a hallway inside the U.S. Capitol building.

What’s somewhat interesting is while it appears Defendant ALRED uploaded two videos to YouTube, both of which are referenced in the Affidavit -when FBI Agents came knocking… wait for it;

January 7, 2021, ALFORD posted a second video titled “stuff” to his personal YouTube page. The “stuff” video depicts what appears to be the same hallway with individuals lined up against the walls. In this video, the individuals in the hallway can be heard yelling about a woman who had purportedly been shot inside the Capitol.

Textbook Consciousness of Guilt behavior —clearly ALFORD didn’t have counsel present. The Affidavit provides a pretty detailed narrative of ALFORD acknowledging he knew he had broken the law by entering the Capitol. When a Defendant is voluntarily providing FBI Agents the content/media stored on their digital devices—you do understand that’s also an attempt to curry favor with the Agent(s)

“…Immediately after the agents identified themselves as FBI, ALFORD stated, “I wondered when y’all were going to show up. Guess you’ve seen the videos on my Facebook page.” ALFORD then asked the FBI agents whether they were there to take him to jail. The FBI agents informed ALFORD that they were not…”

What’s interesting is the Affidavit (see page 8) confirms that Agents verified (in part) that they viewed Russell Alford‘s Facebook page but there isn’t any mention of the five separate Facebook videos

See the red boxes? Those are the Facebook videos (also archived) which are currently available on Alford’s Facebook “Wall” - the Affiant briefly mentions they reviewed his Facebook account and obtained confirmation from Alford that he is indeed Russell Alford

Full disclosure I started researching/writing and editing this article during my lunch break on the 30th. Unfortunately my day got away from me and insomnia has it’s clutches on me (long haul COVID-19 crap is the worst) doesn’t he know that the proffered grifting, I mean fundraising website of Insurrectionist is GIVE-SEND-GO?

Defendant ALFORD already created a GoFundMe campaign (archive and also archived via the waybackmachine) - but at some point GoFundMe nuked his fundraising campaign. Now aren’t you glad that I took the time to archived his GoFundMe and then double archived it?

HOW WAS HE RELEASED ON A $5,000 BOND?

Apparently Mr Alford thinks I either manufactured his Facebook post or he thinks it wasn’t saved. At some point between March 30, 2021 to April 11, 2021 his Facebook account was either deactivated or deleted. The only way to know for sure would be via a judicially authorized subpoena or search and seizure warrant of his Facebook account. Taken individually sure one could argue none of these (since deleted) public Facebook posts could be viewed as “non-threatening” —Conversely viewed as a group and in context of his recent YouTube video entitled “treasonous created lies” these Facebook appear to be threats. One’s first amendment right colloquially known as “freedom on speech” no such protections exist if your speech is intended to incite violence.

So the assertion that I would either traffic in disinformation or manufactured information is wholly without merit and frankly offensive. My track record shows that I repeatedly provide my readers with original/root documents. To my readers that have recently espouse I’m trafficking in disinformation — what exactly is your motivation for this comment? Why have you failed to provide me with specific examples of said “purported disinformation” that I’m allegedly trafficking in? If you make an audacious and scurrilous accusation you better come with actual receipts because ma’am isn’t Twitter. I am still waiting for a response.

Defendant Anthony Williams:

Arrested on March 26, 2021, in the Eastern District Michigan - the Defendant is charged in that district with violation of 18 U.S.C. §§1752(a)(1) and(2)- Knowingly enter or remain in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; 18 U.S.C. §1512(c)(2)- Obstruction of Official Proceedings; 40 U.S.C. §§5104(e)(2)(D) and(G)- Violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol Grounds.

The Affidavit disclosed not only Williams’ intent to travel from Michigan to Washington DC but also disclosed Williams use of Facebook…acted as an electronic contemporaneous digital diary…

…the circling of the drain deeper into the deep stupid abyss can not be properly expressed. Also what an amateur insurrectionist - everyone knows CC-Sports-Pub isn’t the Crystal City Restaurant. Might I add C.C.R. has a fantastic beef-tip chopped salad (it’s an off menu selection) but if you want meat to go with the show order the black & bleu ribeye. Oh stop I’m not as uptight as some might think.

The FBI interviewed JACKMAN on January 19, 2021 - his participation was voluntary..

JACKMAN stated that:

He was a Proud Boys member and had been since 2016; He became involved in the Proud Boys to support Donald Trump; He was in Washington, D.C., on January 6, 2021; He believes the election was stolen; He and other Proud Boys were not there to infiltrate the Capitol as it was not a sanctioned Proud Boys event

Status of Case as to Defendant Arthur Jackman, arrested on March 30, 2021 and made his initial appearance in Orlando. Released on the following conditions:

• $25,000 appearance bond - Pretrial supervision - Surrender passport - Surrender firearms - Restricted travel (MDFL andDDC)

Yes I know I’m six cases behind and eventually I’ll get to them. I’m trying hard not to criticize the United States Attorneys Offices - I do not understand how so many defendants are being released. What kind of message do you think this sends to Americans…that you can travel to DC, attack the very heart of our Democracy. Seven Americans died and over 140 law enforcement officers were severely injured. Yet time after time these marauders are being RoR’d or posting minimal bond. I’m frankly reaching the end of my rope. How on earth are the prosecutors demurring on detention? How on earth are Judges allowing these defendants to be released. I should stop before I write something I might regret. Because the inanity of it all - FFS these people attacked numerous law enforcement officers, they did millions of dollars in damage and staffers and members of Congress continue to deal with the crippling effects of PTSD.
