It is one thing to be granted an immense platform but to then use that platform everyday to spread disinformation and misinformation —while simultaneously targeted a decent and honorable public servant. Each of these Fox “News” reporters/infotainers have targeted Dr Fauci since March 2020. The attacks are largely based on disinformation but they each know that Dr Fauci has been targeted by their viewers/listeners who have repeatedly made death threats, targeted Dr Fauci’s wife and adult children.

Per the recent DOJ-OPA Press Release - which reads in part:

…federal charges of threats against a federal official and interstate communication containing a threat to harm, specifically for sending emails threatening harm to Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins, the current Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). 

The criminal complaint was filed on July 26, 2021, and unsealed today upon Connally’s arrest.  Connally is expected to have an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Sullivan. 

“..probable cause to believe that THOMAS PATRICK CONNALLY, JR. (“CONNALLY”) committed violations of 18 U.S.C. § 115(b)(4) (Threats Against a Federal Official) and 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) (Interstate Communication Containing a Threat to Harm) from approximately December 28, 2020, to July 21, 2021”

…a growing number of threats… HHS-OIG began protective operations around Dr. Fauci in March 2020.

Numerous Threats sent to Dr Fauci & Dr Collins

Again I’ll warn you these emails are beyond disgusting -they are vile and truly shocks the conscious of ordinary men & women because no one and I mean no one should be subjected to this kind of threatening and menacing communiques

..a series of emails to Dr. Anthony Fauci, the current Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (“NIAID”) and the Chief Medical Advisor to President of the United States, threatening to harm and/or kill him and members of his family. 

To be clear this wasn’t one and done kind of threat, this went on for months and the threats appear to have escalated from December 2020 to June 2021. Where Defendant CONNALLY then made threats to Dr Fauci’s wife and adult child. This is not okay. It’s vile criminal behavior.

One of the emails threatened that Dr. Fauci and his family would be “dragged into the street, beaten to death, and set on fire.”  On April 24, 2021 alone, seven threatening emails were sent from the encrypted account between 10:05 p.m. and 10:12 p.m.

also on April 24, 2021, just 30 minutes before the seven emails were sent to Dr. Fauci, Dr. Francis Collins, the Director of the NIH, received a total of four threatening emails from the same encrypted email address associated with Connally.

Investigation revealed that the encrypted email account was associated with Connally.  Pursuant to a search warrant, law enforcement obtained emails from a mail.com account which the affidavit alleges Connally used to communicate with the encrypted email address used to send the threatening emails.

Investigators were able to link the protonemail to the Instagram account @naturtheateralhena (which appears to have been scrubbed) but I went ahead and archived it as you can see in paragraphs 13 and 14 it was a combination of the Instagram account, protonmail.com and the IP address that conclusively linked the Defendant

On his resume, CONNALLY describes himself as an “Information Architect, Editor, Senior Technical Writer.” CONNALLY’s resume shows that he has been a technical writer since around 1996. A review of the Mail.com account shows approximately thirty-nine emails from Indeed.com, including that CONNALLY had an account with Indeed.com, that CONNALLY posted his resume on Indeed.com, and that CONNALLY applied for technical writer positions on Indeed.com.

CONNALLY sent himself emails with user & password info to his accounts…

I believe that CONNALLY emailed himself the password for the naturtheateralhena@protonmail.com on November 25, 2019. Subsequently, on June 4, 2020, using the CONNALLY Second ProtonMail Account, CONNALLY emailed himself passwords for the ProtonMail accounts in his control, including the CONNALLY ProtonMail Account, the CONNALLY Second ProtonMail Account, and naturtheateralhena@protonmail.com. Based on the fact that all three accounts have similar passwords, and the other information above, I believe that CONNALLY controls the three accounts.

I genuinely think Defendant Connally will use the diminished capacity defense because I think that’s the only viable defense.

Connally allegedly sent threatening emails to Dr. Fauci as recently as July 21, 2021.

Connally also used the mail.com account to communicate with another individual discussing Dr. Fauci and espousing views that Dr. Fauci was engaged in fraud regarding HIV and AIDS, which was also one of the topics of the first threatening email sent from the encrypted account to Dr. Fauci on December 28, 2020.

Connally could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison for threats against a federal official. Additional he is also facing a maximum of five years in federal prison for interstate communication containing a threat to harm.

How is Fox News, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingram responsible?

Yet oddly on her own “branded” website she doesn’t link to the nearly 183+ average 8 minutes a piece segments on her nightly Fox “News” reporting/programming. Let me give you a global number to her 183+ Fox News Segments - 1,464 minutes just for her TV “news program” how many minutes has Ms Ingram spent encouraged her viewers/listeners/reader to get the vaccine? Based on preliminary research less than 23 seconds.

But on Facebook it’s where you start to realize just how insidious Laura Ingram and Fox News is. It’s not a couple of hundred videos, it’s tens of thousands that all link back to Ingram and/or Fox News - here I ran a universal query and perhaps if Facebook didn’t get their fee-fees hurt they would do more proactive monitoring of the disinformation and misinformation that as pretty much a >95% free reign on their platform. But again the nexus of 9 of the emails sent to Dr Fauci and other NIH employees and CDC employees actually matches up to the exact dates and times of hundreds of segments Fox News broadcast involving Ingram, Hannity and Carlson’s “toxic-info-tainment” -

Worse? Some of you know that I have access to research tools that are not widely available and my employer is fine with me using LexisNexis because it’s built into my contract - having access to that particular research tool allows me to cut research time by half adding additional search parameters and then I can compute the exact search on Fox “News’” webste https://www.foxnews.com/search-results/search?q=Fauci <—of the 101,000 “news” articles over 75K were highly critical and drowning in opinions and conspiracy theories.

also because my meta is petty I cross referenced the exact date/time of the emails in the affidavit - shocker 9 out of 11 matched up to the exact dates and times of Laura Ingram, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity - so congratulations Fox News - your purported “talent” appears to be the actual nexus for what caused this defendant to send vile and horrible death threats to Dr Fauci and others at NIH. Your bosses and advertisers must be super proud of this distinction. Again all of the aforementioned data is 100% in the public domain. But because of how my brain works I took on a different factual reporting angle of this recent Criminal Complaint and cross referenced the facts enumerated in the actual Affidavit.

Hand to God - Fox News is really bad for Americans. They have been at the center of so much disinformation and have been the catalyst for so many in public office being targeted.
