Prosector disclosed on January 21, 2021, STEPHEN QUICK voluntarily participated in a non-custodial interview with the FBI. Quick admitted going to the Capitol, being inside the Capitol and purportedly “felt ashamed” about his participation.

Interestingly Stephen Quick told agents that he and his brother traveled to Washington DC to attend the “Stop the Steal” rally - but it was this disclosure that most will overlook “along with others in his group” Which bodes the next series of logical questions; how many “others” are we talking about? How did the “others in his group” travel from Missouri? Where did they stay? How did the communicate?
Yet Michael Quick (Stephen’s brother) provided the FBI a picture of Stephen.

“went inside the Capitol building along with others in his group. STEPHEN QUICK relayed that he was “ashamed” of what he had done by going inside” emphasis added

Once Stephen Quick granted permission for the FBI agents to review the pictures and video on the “SD” card, agents then obtained surveillance footage from the US Capitol, specifically from the Senate Wing area S139on.

On Feb 12, 2021 both of the QUICK brothers entered their initial appearance Magistrate Judge David P. Rush and both were later released RoR’d. So they are not in Federal Custody
