Glad to see this. Hopefully it puts the GOP in TX on notice for their egregious gerrymandering, too.

I wish this ruling could be helpful in MO where voters passed a ballot measure for clean districting, but then the GOP put a misleading ballot back on the measure and managed to get enough voters confused and were able to repeal the clean districting measure.

Although, they probably would have done what they wanted regardless, given how they're treating Medicaid expansion.

My distain for Kris Kobach can not be properly expressed - I do think what’s happening in Michigan could be a viable road made for other states who are suffering the economic and adverse impacts of gerrymandering gone horribly wrong. At last count nearly 60+ bills working their way through various state legislatures - one party is hell bent on making voting more difficult - whereas the other party is working to get expended voting rights. I prefer the latter because voting is both a right & privilege

Kobach is KS, but our guy was the head of the committee to get involved in PA's election because he wanted it to be more red.
