Ryan entered into a plea agreement <—facing additional charges isn’t permissible under the Ts & Cs of the plea agreement. I also think most overlooked that Ryan et al were further charged in the Superseding Criminal Information <—pretty sure Ryan cut a “sweet plea deal” as for charges against others <— there’s always that option.
Outrageous! Sixty days is a pittance, especially after such a strongly worded slap down.

I don’t disagree but I also thinks this adds to my growing concern of the haphazard threshold and/or various plea agreements.

Have you seen anything about this last week? One judge is not having it and is insisting on stiff sentences.
