I should also add that if you’re asking me which defendant will “flip” I’m going with CROWL and WATKINS. Based on their docket activity they are repressed by a Fed Pub Def - unlike Caldwell. Watkins appears to be the nexus and if she gets wind that Caldwell is leaving her out to dry - that is convincing motivation for her to “flip” and become a cooperating witness. To be clear there’s nothing in the public docket that supports my assertion- so that’s me making an educated guess. Either way I’d watch both Watkins & Crowl’s dockets because the request to delay a Detention & Preliminary hearing does raise the specter of who’s gonna flip on who... for example in the PEZZOLA case, last week prosecutors disclosed they “now” have a cooperating witness. (bolo for a follow up on PEZZOLA in the coming days)
Seems like a good ole’ roll em’ up conspiracy case. First indict the small fish on conspiracy (evidence in the indictments seems pretty air tight) then go after the big fish. It’s not like the Oath Keepers weren’t walking around protecting Roger Stone. And what’s this now about Watkins “...was given a VIP pass to the rally.
