…The phone records obtained by the committee are part of a new round of call detail records subpoenaed from communication companies, multiple sources tell CNN. These records provide the committee with logs that show incoming and outgoing calls, including the date, time and length of calls. The records also show a log of text messages, but not the substance or content of the messages.

…Both Eric Trump and Guilfoyle played prominent roles in Trump's "Stop the Steal" efforts, including fundraising off the lie that the election was stolen. Both spoke at the January 6 rally on the Ellipse that preceded the attack on the Capitol.

But wait there’s more, oh so much more..

The House Select Committee on Jan6th also sent letters to the following individuals within the most inner circle of Donald J Trump… and that absolutely delights the fig newtons outta me. Weird how the Blue-QANON continue to traffic in their disinformation that Congress isn’t doing anything. I dunno maybe they should google House Select Committee on Jan6th before they tweet their despair disinformation. But I suppose grifters gotta keep their grift up -facts and original documents be damned.

Furthermore the House Select Committee issued subpoenas to four individuals who publicly promoted Trump’s deadly lies. Seditious Conspiracy-something— something…

• unsupported claims about the 2020 election and participated in attempts to disrupt or delay the certification of election results.

• The committee is demanding records and testimony from Rudolph Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell, and Boris Epshteyn

The Select Committee is looking into the causes that contributed to the violence on January 6th, including attempts to promote unsupported claims of election fraud and pressure campaigns to overturn the 2020 election results.

The four individuals we’ve subpoenaed today advanced unsupported theories about election fraud, pushed efforts to overturn the election results, or were in direct contact with the former President about attempts to stop the counting of electoral votes. We expect these individuals to join the nearly 400 witnesses who have spoken with the Select Committee as the committee works to get answers for the American people about the violent attack on our democracy.”

• Rudolph Giuliani - actively promoted claims of election fraud on behalf of the former President. Giuliani sought to convince numerous state legislators to take steps to overturn the election results. He was reportedly in contact with then-President Trump and various Members of Congress regarding strategies for delaying or overturning the results of the 2020 election. See the last paragraph and sentence on page 1 & 2 -the Select Committee has evidence via other witness testimony.

• Jenna Ellis - reportedly prepared and largely circulated two memos which purportedly “analyze the constitutional authority for the Vice President to reject or delay counting electoral votes from states that had submitted alternate slates of electors”

• Sidney Powell - setting aside the frivolous and laughable lawsuits - Powell actively promoted claims of election fraud on behalf of former President Trump in litigation and public appearances.

• Boris “Willard Hotel WarRoom” Epshteyn - reportedly attended meetings at the Willard Hotel’s WarRoom. These various meetings took place in the days leading up to January 6th Deadly Domestic Terror attack. Moreover Epshteyn made numerous (and participated in ) call swith former President Trump on the morning of January 6th to discuss options to delay the certification of election results in the event of Vice President Pence’s unwillingness to deny or delay the certification.

Also ICYMI - on January 13, 2022 the House Select Committee on Jan6th sent additional subpoenas to the following social media companies

Two key questions for the Select Committee are how the spread of misinformation and violent extremism contributed to the violent attack, and what steps—if any—social media companies took to prevent their platforms from being breeding grounds for radicalizing people to violence.

• Alphabet - citing that their YouTube Platform was used for “significant communications by its users” importantly here the Committee stated that YouTube was used for “the planning and execution of January 6th attack on the United States Capitol” —but on Jan6th YouTube allowed numerous livestreams of the attack as it was taking place.

• Meta formerly known as Facebook - lawmakers cited how Facebook’s platform was “reportedly used to share messages of hatred, violence, and incitement; to spread misinformation, disinformation, and conspiracy theories around the election”; and Facebook’s platform was used to not only coordinate but to also recruit Americans into adopting the “Stop the Steal movement”. Public accounts about Facebook’s Civic Integrity Team indicate that Facebook has documents that are critical to the Select Committee’s investigation.

• Reddit - subreddit” r/The_Donald” ‘subreddit’ community that grew significantly on Reddit before migrating to the website TheDonald.win in 2020, which ultimately hosted significant discussion and planning related to the January 6th attack.

• Twitter - citing numerous high profile public individuals used Twitter’s platform for;

  • communications regarding the planning and execution of the assault on the United States Capitol, and

  • Twitter was reportedly warned about potential violence being planned on the site in advance of January 6th.

  • Twitter users also engaged in communications amplifying allegations of election fraud, including by the former President himself.

As previous mentioned the January 13, 2022 second subpoenas are in addition to the August 2021 subpoenas - to be clear today’s CNN reporting that subpoenas -this is in fact the very first time Eric Trump and Kimberly Guilfoyle’s wireless telco provider is specifically being served a subpoena for those users - again back in August 2021 the House Select Committee sent out dozens of subpoenas. To say the Committee already subpoenaed the records is a bit disingenuous because theses are what you call “targeted subpoenas” whereas the August 2021 subpoenas were very generalized. I also want you to remember these terms;

• BDA known in the Telco world as wireless signal boosters

• BDA exclusion list ←this has been repeatedly referenced in countless affidavits and/or criminal complaints and/or indictments.

• Geofencing

Back in January 2021 I told my readers that they should familiarize themselves with the aforementioned terms. In non-legakese and non-telcom lingo “exclusion list” it’s a log (based on a mobile phone and/or tablet) specific IMEI # which acts as a digital devices “unique ID” —that logs any device ping-ing off a wireless providers “cell tower and/or access point” —meaning lawmakers cell phones are “excluded” and that’s how investigators were able to confirm the Jan6th Defendants used cell towers (and/or BDAs) within the Capitol Complex. Those terms are more important than most understand. And if I tell you “hey this is important” that is me literally saying it’s important… Meaning Federal Investigators requested wireless providers produce cell/tower (and/or access points) of the phones what accessed their network.
