Officers of the Court are bound by their oath -and filing in “good faith” isn’t optional but to answer your question, court can sanction the attorneys who are filing these frivolous complaints. But Trump’s argument about his constitutional rights versus the fact those “records” are not his personal property -they are the property of the US Government and technically belong to the American people. That said if warranted I’d love to see sanctions and/or show cause why sanctions should not be imposed. The point is Trump is a textbook vexatious litigant —and Roy Cohn was his mentor

I don't know when SCOTUS is back in session but I sure hope they will start off the New Year on the right foot and deny his petition. PLEASE!!!!
