One of the other insurrectionists was even allowed to go on her prepaid vaca to Mexico, totally unacceptable. That Warnagiris and Southard aren't being detained pre-trial is appalling. Agreed: two systems of justice in our country. Let's see, if convicted, how much prison time they actually have to serve. Like with a spoiled child who receives little to no consequences, other potential insurrectionists will be emboldened if prison outcomes for Jan 6 indictees are light or involve just parole. Thank you Filey for not " moving on " ! Love your research and writings. ⚘

I’m going to ask Andy what he thinks about these defendants not being detained pre-trial. Great reporting, Filey.

I have thought the same. If these defendants were black or brown, they would be sitting in jail pending trial. It's a double standard that MUST change.

Plus, we would be spared BS videos.

Watching her videos is cringeworthy. Juxtapose her singing with the severity of her crimes and it’s impossible not to feel angry. Anyone who believes we should just move on, is missing the crux of why it’s important to have a commission and adjudicate the crimes. If we fail now, will the emboldened insurrectionists train harder, become more violent and succeed in the future? Without repercussions, we are heading for a disaster. This is a crisis of national security. These people weren’t protesters or rioters....they were seeking to kill the Vice President, Speaker of the house and members of Congress and senate. They were seeking to aid and abet in a violent attempt to overturn an election. This wasn’t shoplifting.....it was sedition. On a side note, She has 2 subscribers on her YouTube account. It takes a lot of gall, ego and horrible human being to do what she did and she appears to fail to grasp the seriousness of the charges.
