This is chilling. Luring Cohen under one pretense & then taking him into custody, is terrifying. I’m glad there are civil rights attorneys like Andy. I’m glad the judge’s own words will add weight to this filing. “Retaliatory” says everything you need to know. What a dark time this has been.

This was the best part of Twitter yesterday, learning that Laufer is fighting this battle for Cohen. As always, thank you for the docs!

Happy Friday too!

Thanks! As usual, will read with great interest. Expecting a courthouse to be named after Trump because with all his legal s*^t, he needs his own!

After many years of following Andy Laufer, I'm grateful he's taking this case. It was very clearly abusive at the time, that Cohen was being retaliated against. GO, ANDREW!

Andy’s argument is wonderful and yessiree the order Judge Hellerstein issued on the Habeas petition is the icing on the cake. I remember reading that a Jude ordered him released because it was a violation of his rights to make him sign the that agreement, but I hadn’t picked up the fact that he called it retaliatory.
