I suffered the embarrassment of repeating blue-anon garbage to 2 family members, each attorneys in Manhattan! One was litigating Deitsche Bank & other litigating financial crimes in sub-prime mortgages…working for firms in public eye. Both looked at me like I was nuts & said…no, not mob, rolling eyes. When I shared your first piece on conservation easements, I got much better responses and the affirmative nod that this would be the area he’s vulnerable…so thank you Filey! PS, never got any good info from either one because they respect their work & legal careers to share anything. They could have, but did not. One thing-I’m glad to read about Pomerantz. When Ivanka & Jr were up on possible fraud charges in 2012, it should have led to their indictment on Trump SoHo. Vance did receive a donation of 50k from Trump & that looked really bad. I think the money was returned. The charges were dropped however and on behalf of the investors who thought a hotel/not a hotel/temporary residence/not a condo was a great purchase, lost their money. I still believe in the good people who work tirelessly to fight white collar crime. I love Tish James. She’s fearless!
Oh, I did get one piece of gossip…when family member was repping Jeffrey Skilling/Enron, it was shared Skilling didn’t know how to use an atm card! 😂 That’s all I got…I tried!

What I *am* saying is nope no Mob or Money Laundering. I have a contact that proffered spot on info re Weisselberg and that person recently parlayed through an intermediary that 100% Trump & Trump Org will be indicted before Dec 32st. And it will likely be RICO with the conservation easements part of the tax evasion scheme. I hope that makes sense, I’m running in fumes and it’s only Sunday

True story a Blue QANON didn’t know that the DOJ has separated USAM for RICO and VCAR <—violent acts in the furtherance of RICO enterprise —but yes you’re absolutely correct many conflate RICO with Mob <—this is partially correct but New York’s laws are oddly far clearer than Fed Laws. Hope that makes sense —based on the information parlayed to me I felt it was a good time to add on to my previous research. There one thing this contact shared which indicates a family member may have turned on Trump and provided recent Grand Jury testimony. I suppose we will find out sooner than later. ok, I have questions. The crackdown on easements happened during Trump's term, by the feds (if I understanding correctly). And it happened in Georgia, who decides to crack down on something like this? How would Trump allow this - he seemed to pretty much control everyone and everything including the OIGs. Confused
Based on the various (federal) court filings — the Agees investigation started years ago and was originally initiated by the IRS-CI. However in 2019 the IRS formally added conservation/preservation easements to the annual “dirty dozen” …prior to that both the IRS & DOJ rarely, if ever prosecuted. Hence why the Agees case was the 1st ever criminal prosecution of “bad actors abusing the tax loophole”

Again that case is Federal -however many states had already been investigating this tax abuse loophole. As it relates to why I personally believe Trump’s abuse of conservation/preservation easements -the New York General Assembly proposed various modifications to its State Penal Code
The point is there are valid Conservation/Preservation Easements but there are also numerous land developers who have repeatedly abused these kinds of easements/tax loophole, because it lowers their over all tax burden. Nearly every Trump property (since 1988) I’ve researched has a Conservation/Preservation Easements attached —a rough estimate is Trump & Trump Org have enjoyed over $89M in tax brakes. Because these easements impact both Federal and State taxes, that’s why I’m reasonably convinced that the Manhattan DA & NY AG’s office has been investigating Trump’s Conservation/Preservation easements.
