As the Affidavit disclosed (see paragraph 6 of the affidavit), DAVITASHVILI was a former professional “boxer” and a preliminary search I was able to locate some of his fighting stats from various MMA, Judo & other sports related websites. For Example:

To that end I’m comfortable with my research to say this is Defendant Davitashvili

Before we do a dee[ dive into the Affidavit- I should warn you that it’s a petty tough read because of what he did to his wife/Victim # 1

…in support of a criminal complaint and arrest warrant charging DAVIT DAVITASHVILI, white male, date of birth June X, 1978, with a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 875(c) -threatening communications in interstate or foreign commerce…

….DAVITASHVILI has made threats to injure and/or kill his estranged wife and as many as 15 others, and transmitted those threats in interstate or foreign commerce by using, among other means, the messaging application Viber.

So let me get this straight, after you sexually, physically and emotionally abused your wife - you decided to abscond to your native Country, Georgia. But then decided to fly back to America.

Welcome to JFK Mr. DAVITASHVILI, how was your flight?

Agents have received information from other federal agencies with access to air travel that DAVITASHVILI is scheduled to travel to the United States on June 2, 2021, on a flight that will land at JFK International Airport in New York City, New York, at approximately 3:15 p.m.

“…he communicated with Victim 1 verbally and in written messages (using communication applications such as Viber and Facebook Messenger)…during some of their verbal communications, DAVITASHVILI threatened to kill her and stated he had a list of people he would kill when he came back to the United States. Victim 1 also stated that DAVITASHVILI repeated some of these threats in their written communications.

Footnote matters…

Good lord - Victim # 1 on the receiving end of DAVITASHVILI unhinged threats and escalating behavior which included multiple threats to Victim #1 life and/or bodily injury… the fact DAVITASHVILI stated the following…

“Whore, I don’t give a fuck even if there is FBI behind you…”

Before Victim # 1 contacted the FBI -is a bit unnerving.but wait…there’s more

DD: I am not going to end my life as Jeffrey Epstein. I am going to respond to you even if it will cost me my whole life!!!!

DD: You would be sucking my dick until you [stopped] breathing, slut. Khatuna knew who you were. So shut your stinky mouth, slut. And lay low.

Because of the established policies and procedures the FBI uses when they bring a linguistic analysis in to “translate” this is again why reading the footnotes helps you understand what was translated, at least the subtext of the content —most would assume DNA isn’t a subtly threat to “kill every single family member of Victim # 1” who’s family largely resides in Ukraine

“…the context of the conversations between DAVITASHVILI and Victim 1, I believe DAVITASHVILI’s statements regarding not leaving Victim 1’s DNA and starting with Ukraine mean that DAVITASHVILI was threatening to kill Victim 1’s entire family, starting with her family members in her native country of Ukraine…”

And unlike trolls who will stalk and harass their victim for a while and then they move on - in Victim #1 case - her husband carried on this emotionally abusive campaign of terror for years. Conventional wisdom dictates “don’t respond - they will move on to another target” I can personally tell you that is sheer nonsense, I have one stalker who’s engaged in harassment since 2017. It’s 2021 and granted I’ve never received the kind of threats detailed in this Affidavit— sadly I can somewhat understand how Victim #1 felt.

When you become the target of a mentally unwell, obsessed and increasingly unhinged stalker or stalkers - who literally wishes to do you harm. Understand this, they do not have any boundaries, like none. You are always and I mean always looking over your shoulder. What’s worse is when your stalker/tormentor decides to target your family members. But this is on a whole different level of terrifying

More pernicious is the gas lighting - that you know what has been done to you and threats made to your family - but in this case the Defendant’s family then did a full scale gas lighting campaign. This is text book gas lighting, saying you exaggerated things and making excuses for threatening behavior.

The Victim #1 had the threats in writing - yet in the footnote you’ll see what I mean about textbook gas lighting. Most normal and sane individuals just move on with their life. But when you are dealing with a narcissist sociopath - understand that their enablers are just as bad and often worse than the person they are trying to protect.

Even if you’re the target of a mentally unstable individual and you take reasonable steps so you can’t be contacted —also understand that your tormentor will go to extraordinary lengths, often using surrogates or create new accounts just so they can continue the harassment and abuse. As you’ll note in paragraph 15 the Defendant took several affirmative steps to continue the threats and communications with the victim. Again it’s the narcissistic and sociopath tendencies that let you know you are not at all dealing with a normal human being. Especially the enablers and complicit co-conspirators who publicly state they “asked over and over and then [redacted] finally sent me the text/dms” sure you can delete your duplicitous abuse but the internet is forever and ever.

Gosh paragraph 17 seems oddly familiar…why? Well because it’s a predictable behavior of narcissistic sociopaths - they never accept responsibility for their actions. Instead they enlist a few co-conspirators and the Garbage-Abuser then pivots to him being the victim because in their drug addled mind they are the “hero” in their own distorted reality and if that doesn’t work well the narcissistic enlist the help of a few friends —colloquially known as CO-CONSPIRATORS

And then we have paragraph # 19 - again where the narcissist sociopath is now the victim - that he never made any threats and that he was only asking “friends and family” for information because [redacted] planned some elaborate conspiracy to defame him. You do understand how this kind of emotional terrorism is meant to make the Victim doubt themselves that [redacted] isn’t that bad - he’s a good guy sans the months or years long campaign to destroy his female victim

Here’s what I can tell you, sadly from personal experience - relationships end all the time. Most normal and mentally well individuals just move on, those who are narcissistic sociopaths become obsessed, they then enlist helpers aka co-conspirators but law enforcement can be very slow. But in the end of there’s cause then eventually the target becomes a Defendant in criminal proceedings.

Therefore if you are a target the best thing to do is contact both local and federal law enforcement because making threats of bodily injury and inflicting emotional terrorism is fucking criminal and the co-conspirators might delete shit but if the social media company receives a subpoena (for both civil and criminal matters) nothing is ever deleted - especially if the provider is sent a preservation request so you better think twice about DMs, Facebook Messenger etc.
