Words get thrown around and it's confusing to a non lawyer like me who sees in shades of black and white. I do hope Trump and his family, particularly his daughter and son-in-law, get the justice they deserve. The Rosenbergs did damage but it pales in comparison to what the Trump family has done to the US of A, and all for money.

Thank you for taking the time to write this up. The last few days have left me almost continually wanting to yell expletives with the garbage the media is spouting and allowing the acolytes to spew. As engineer who has worked in the secured environment I cannot properly express my anger over this.
It’s so confusing when you try to understand the various differences between sedition, treason and espionage. Your thorough deep dive research into the meaning of these nefarious activities helps me to understand the differences. Knowledge is power but only to those who are interested in finding the truth. Thank you 🙏 I hope as more info surfaces even some of his followers (and I means only a few which is better than none) will see how destructive and abhorrent he is.
Since I have followed you for a very long time, I do agree that trump has been a clear and present danger since being installed in office. After all he’s done to destroy our democracy (and the GOP) I do not understand why others still support him. I’m watching the DOJ, Tish James in New York and Fulton County Georgia to see where the first indictment drops. I believe the indictments are coming and I believe they will be rock solid in evidence against him. Hopefully that will turn the tide on his cult. God help us all. Thank you, Spicy for all your efforts to educate us on the law. We are a country of laws and it’s time we all act in it.
