KleptoCapture snags a BIG one -Baby Daddy-
As some of you may recall, in March of 2022– the Department of Justice announced the formation of the a new TaskForce: KleptoCapture. Almost immediately after the formation of the TaskForce, the US Treasury Department also announced: US Treasury new Sanctions targeting Russia’s technology sector -at the time I explained that future indictments would be forthcoming.
However even I didn’t think Deripaska would be indicted -given how the Trump Administration essentially gave Deripaska a pass by unceremoniously removing him and a few of his companies from the previous sanctions. Because at the time it seemed Trump “got on his knees” and gave Putin’s buddy preferential treatment. To be clear the previous sanctions were a byproduct of Putin invading another Sovereign country and unlawfully annexing Crimea as part of Russia. You can read more here —so this afternoon’s announcement. As alleged in the newly unsealed indictment, prosecutors state that Deripaska et al conspired to circumvent sanctions and then obstructed a lawful investigative. The charges use the legal framework of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act —which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
OLEG VLADIMIROVICH DERIPASKA, a/k/a “Oleg Mukhamedshin” used the following companies to evade sanctions. For Example the Government development evidence that;
Gracetown Inc., which unlawfully used our financial system to purchase three luxury properties.
In 2019 Deripaska (who employed both SHRIKI & BARDAKOVA) sold a music studio and attempted to use; Ocean Studios California LLC to “repatriate some $3M”

NATALIA MIKHAYLOVNA BARDAKOVA, a/k/a “Natalya Mikhaylovna Bardakova,” as alleged in the indictment
OLGA SHRIKI, seems to have been the main facilitator in Deripaska’s repeated attempts to circumvent sanction.
EKATERINA OLEGOVNA VORONINA, a/k/a “Ekaterina Lobanova,“ (who apparently traveled to America to give birth to Deripaska’s (second) child. But at immigration she lied to DHS officers. She charged with making numerous false statements to agents of the Department of Homeland Security. Again in June of 2022 Deripaska allowed his paramour to use his private jet and she attempted to enter America to give birth to their second child. When asked by DHS —she lied and mislead investigators— in a failed attempt to conceal Deripaska’s identity, funding of the private jet

I’m not going to track down my previous twitter threads, mainly because I’ve accepted that all the research is gone. Notwithstanding and suffice to say I did a lot of research (2017 thru 2021) about the lucrative nature of Foreign Nationals specifically coming to America and giving birth. As our current law allows for any foreign national that gives birth in America, that child is automatically granted a US Citizenship. See page 3, last paragraph because see what I highlighted and underlined?
This 2019 ABC News article is a decent primer to understand just how lucrative this “birthright citizenship” scheme is for pregnant Russian and Chinese mothers. Again Deripaska attempted to make arrangements for his girlfriend to come back to America (in 2022) to give birth to their second child.
Recording of conversations…
On pages 11 and 12 —the Government explains that Defendant OLGA SHRIKI had previously recorded a conversation, in which she explicitly acknowledged that Deripaska was under sanctions. To be clear SHRIKI is a naturalized US Citizen, and currently resides in New Jersey. Scratch that, Olga was taken into Federal custody earlier this morning and is expected to make her initial appearance in SDNY Federal Court later today.
Who’s the U.S. television host & (former) Canadian Parliament member?
I mean those better have been the most expensive rarest flowers ever. But I suppose if your babies daddy is a Russian Oligarch then only the finest for his latest paramour. After all she did give birth to two of Deripaska’s children. But
May 2018 and in or about 2020, BARDAKOVA instructed SHRIKI to purchase and send flower and gift deliveries on behalf of DERIPASKA to DERIPASKA’s social contacts in the United States and Canada. The deliveries included, among others,
Easter gift deliveries to a U.S. television host, two flower deliveries to a then-former Canadian Parliament member, and two flower deliveries in 2020 to VORONINA while she was in the United States in 2020 to give birth to DERIPASKA’s child.

If you read the subsection: VORONINA's and BARDAKOVA's False Statements then you might laugh, at least I did. My inner-monologue “Who’s Oleg? I barely know him but he’s a friend and my parents paid for the private jet and Beverly Hills rental home because I’m here just to give birth to my second child”—I’m not joking, you need to read pages 24 and 25 —there’s a gem in there and it will make you laugh —I mean I expected way better from Deripaska —but this indictment reads like a Hollywood Script, a poorly written one, at that.
VORONINA falsely stated that the name of the father of her child and her then-unborn child was "Alec Deribasko." When subsequently asked whether she knew "Oleg Deripaska," VORONINA stated that she did know him and that he was a friend…she did not know where her child's father lived or his occupation…her parents had paid for her private jet to arrive in the United States and that her parents had rented her a house in Beverly Hills for her to stay while in the United States.
Destroying evidence post Grand Jury Subpoena…
As you’ll note in Count Two, here the Government disclosed that Defendant SHRIKI actively destroyed, mutilated and/or deleted evidence that was part of a previously unreported SDNY Grand Jury Subpoena…
…knowingly altered, destroyed , mutilated, concealed , covered up , falsified , and made a false entry in a record , document, and tangible object with the intent to impede , obstruct , and influence a matter within the jurisdiction of a department and agency of t he United States, and in relation to and contemplation of such matter, to wit , SHRIKI deleted portions of conversations and images related to her work …
Lying to DHS & FBI -was that part of your birth plan?
This is also why I am unapologetic that you should read the entire indictment. For Example if you only read the DOJ-OPA then you’d falsely assume that she only lied to DHS officials —when in fact she was also interviewed by the FBI and made multiple false statements…and coDefendant SHRIKI is in federal custody.

Keep in mind the reason I’m reminding you of the October 2021 search of Deripaska’s Washington DC is if you had paid attention the DOJ literally telegraphed an indictment would be forthcoming. Alternatively the chutzpah of Deripaska and his paramour that on June 2, 2022 (literally a few months ago) they attempted to have her give birth to their second child. With the ultimate birth plan —I’m pretty sure a multi-count indictment wasn’t on their birth plan
And while most might overlook the Forfeiture section of an Indictment —I’d like to draw your attention to pages 28 & 29 —notice the Washington DC address? Why yes that’s the very same property that was searched by the FBI in October of 2021.
What I do think is rather interesting, if you read the indictment it certainly infers a “conspiracy” but a preliminary word search of the indictment, the word conspiracy is only used once. Specifically on page 24 (Conspiracy to Violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act)
It’s unclear why a conspiracy (18 U.S.C. §371) wasn’t included but then again that’s an area of criminal law that’s not exactly my forte but it’s notable. Meaning they have one defendant in custody —so it’s unclear if a superseding indictment will be forthcoming but nonetheless it does raise the specter that a superseder might be in the works. Again that’s speculation on my end. And for now it’s best to wait and see versus making an unsubstantiated assertion… but then again it’s safe to assume that Defendant SHRIKI might be willing to proffer information as to the other defendants. Frankly I’m of the position that Deripraska’s child (who born in America in 2020) should be stripped of their “birthright citizenship” and Defendant SHRIKI should also lose her American citizenship. But then again I’m somewhat biased because I had to study hard to take my citizenship test. So there’s that fun nugget.

The enforcement of sanctions is a vital tool wielded by this Office and our law enforcement partners as we seek to deter Russian aggression, and today’s indictment should be taken as a warning that, try as they might, individuals violating these sanctions will be held accountable.”
I don’t think any of us had “who’s your baby daddy” on our radar but it’s clear this was a multi year criminal investigation and the Deripaska indictment is a really good read and I may have actually laughed out loud, several times.

Sidenote since we are purportedly post-pandemic that means my kiddos can’t really miss 4+ weeks of school, boo hiss to no remote learning. So last night I played Rock Paper Scissors and I won. Apparently my family thinks I need a mini-vacation from all of them and there’s no sense in having an empty beach house. Logistically one of us needs to be at the beach house for the general contractor. We tend to do home improvement projects “off-season” so our renters are not adversely impacted by the hammering & sawing. Specifically the facts disclosed and the defendants desire to “help the motherland” and making arrangements for their children…
Gabrielian is an anesthesiologist and worked at Medical Institution 1, located in Baltimore, Maryland. Henry, a Major in the United States Army, who held a Secret-level security clearance, is Gabrielian’s husband and a doctor. During the time of the alleged conspiracy, Henry worked as a staff internist stationed at Fort Bragg, the home of the Army’s XVIII Airborne Corps, headquarters of the United States Army Special Operations Command, and the Womack Army Medical Center.
conspired to cause harm to the United States by providing confidential health information of Americans associated with the United States government and military to Russia.
…alleges that beginning on August 17, 2022, Gabrielian and Henry conspired to provide IIHI related to patients at Medical Institution 1 and at Fort Bragg to an individual they believed to be working for the Russian government in order to demonstrate the level of Gabrielian’s and Henry’s access to IIHI of Americans; their willingness to provide IIHI to the Russian government; and the potential for the Russian government to gain insights into the medical conditions of individuals associated with the United States government and military in order to exploit this information.
And once again we should all be very grateful to the FBI, especially the undercover agent. The agent ensured those confidential military (VA medical records), of (deceased) service members and their families. Who largely relied upon the DOD were never turned over to Russia. If the name of US Army Maj. Jamie Lee Henry sounds familiar, it should.
A deeper dive of Gabrielian and Henry’s indictment:
I would encourage you to read the June 2015 BuzzFeed article —back in 2015 she became the first known active duty service member. Insofar as that article provides an excellent primer of Defendant Henry. Again at the time, she single handedly smashed that onerous DoD policies concerning LGBTQA by “openly serving” in the US Army. Moreover the aforementioned 2015 article explains that Henry was in the midst of a very contentious divorce. After Henry came out, she became homeless and she had valid concerns about her future in the US Army. Henry’s Commanding Officer, really went above and beyond to assist Henry with housing, medical needs and other maddening/frustrating issues that the LGBTQA community grapples with:
…despite having a new commander who she feared might harbor less positive views of transgender people. “My commander said, ‘I don’t care who you love, I don’t care how you identify, I want you to be healthy and I want you to be able to do your job,’” Henry said. “I was blown away … because of the stereotypes that I held, growing up in the South, growing up in a fundamentalist Christian family, that he would automatically think I was a freak, he would automatically think, ‘You need to be discharged just like the regs recommend.’”
But instead, he posed the question to her, asking what she wanted. “I said, ‘If I gave that up over that issue, knowing I can do my job and do it perfectly well, I feel that I’d be sacrificing my values and the Army’s values.’”
As you’ll note in the embedded 2015 BuzzFeed article, Defendant Henry remarked that she was looking forward to (former) Defense Secretary Ash Carter’s 2016 “major announcement” —which is embedded below.
As further alleged in the Indictment, unbeknownst to Defendants GABBRIELAN & HENRY — the purported employee of the Russian Embassy was in fact an undercover FBI agent. Incredibly the indictment disclosed that both Defendants were motivated by their “loyalty to the motherland” and the Putin’s reckless war against Ukraine, apparently served as a catalyst for these two Americans to betray our Country and more specifically the Department of Defense…

Defendant Henry was stationed at Fort Bragg (shameless plug by Moi for the recent “Naming Commission”article and their recently published final report) —Again note the bold text in the above in-captioned section of the indictment. Generally speaking I think it’s important to remind you what’s contained at Fort Bragg;
Astonishingly Defendant GABBRIELAN proffered that she had previously violated the the IIHI component of HIPPA. And she did so in an offensive and cavalier stance. I suppose referring to your spouse as a “coward” because they voiced concern about your conspiracy to betray your own Country —to further assist Putin & the Russian Government of the many war crimes and other unspeakable barbaric actions the Russians have inflicted upon Ukraine. August 24, 2022, GABRIELIAN and the UC met at a hotel room in Baltimore, Maryland. During that meeting, GABRIELIAN stated that although HENRY was a “coward," and concerned about violating HIPAA by providing records to the UC, GABRIELIAN had no such concerns and violated HIPAA “all the time.” GABRIELIAN further told the UC she would check with HENRY about providing medical records from Fort Bragg patients and get back in touch.
..further part of the conspiracy that GABRIELIAN accessed electronic medical records and obtained IIHI related to patients ofMedical Institution 1… who were associated with the U.S. government, including the spouse of a government employee and a military veteran and transferred that IIHI to the UC so that it could be passed on to the Russian government.
Innocent until proven guilty -
Pardon my language but this needs to be said; if you hate America that much, (oath of office be damned) and the Department of Defense which accommodated your gender reassignment. That you proactively broke laws and violated the public’s trust, all in a treasonous attempt to curry favor with a murderous dictator (emphasis on “dic” part of dictator because my meta is petty AF) —then perhaps you should have absconded into Putin’s open arms before the US Marshal Service and FBI came knocking on your door to execute an arrest warrant.

Based upon the facts elucidated in the Indictment these Defendants betrayed America. Factually speaking, there’s zero doubt that Defendant Henry took an oath of office. And that oath is a lifetime oath. Which requires you “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic.” Separately both Defendants also took the Hippocratic Oath —“to do no harm” —based on the currently available public information it appears both defendants broke their oaths. I hear American Traitors can obtain a Russian Citizenship with relative ease. I also hear Moscow is lovely in the Winter. Nonetheless pages 5 et seq of the indictment is a recitation of the facts and evidence. Honestly this indictment made my stomach turn. I can’t wrap my head around those who decide to betray our Country by dangling yourselves like a wanna be fictional “red sparrow” — while some are (correctly) referring to Defendants Henry to as an “insider threat”
I can not think of anything more unpatriotic then providing IIHI of other military personnel and sensitive medical information about the spouses and children of deceased members of the military, to someone you thought was attached to the Russian Embassy. Although I suppose an acceptable counterpoint to my previous assertion could be January 6, 2021… oh wait never mind I’m pretty sure unlawfully obtaining sensitive medical information of now deceased members of our Armed Forces —in my opinion, that’s the apex of being an unpatriotic piece of microwaved Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka shit.
And your reward for reading this update is this sunset I filmed a few days ago. There really is no way to properly describe this sunset. For those of you who follow me on Instagram —I typically post two reels a day. As of late the sunsets have been radiant, colorful and exquisite.
Whispers if you thought that recent Instagram Reel was the pinnacle, I regret to inform you that my September 30th Instagram post will likely out rival all of the sunsets I’ve filmed. I’m also pretty sure my former boss is taunting me from above. Last night a white bird landed on my tripod and stayed there as I filmed the sunset. And as I was getting into my car —the same bird followed me to my car and I swear to you it winked at me. Last week I explained to my grief counselor that one genuine fear I have is; the distinct possibility that over time I will some how (unintentionally) forget about him and just how pivotal he was to me, both professionally and personally. So I’m working on letting him go but also facing the fact he really is gone.
Here in SoCal we have had many instances of the anchor baby scheme--whole houses in Irvine that were purchased and set up for birth tourism. So--here's my question--if the baby(ies) have actually been born here--even if it is found the mother lied about her purpose here, does the baby by extension lose their citizenship that was procured by fraudulent means?
