Here in SoCal we have had many instances of the anchor baby scheme--whole houses in Irvine that were purchased and set up for birth tourism. So--here's my question--if the baby(ies) have actually been born here--even if it is found the mother lied about her purpose here, does the baby by extension lose their citizenship that was procured by fraudulent means?
