Absolutely did. I was looking at the case and was like, “Where’s Filey?!? I don’t have access to PACER!!” plus your deep dives into all topics, including this one, are always so much better than what is in the popular press.
The California Medical Board said her participation in insurrection was “outside their jurisdiction,” but after the 5 count indictment, they said they were reopening her case. I saw that a grand jury was convened on 2/8… anything new on that? I’m hoping to forward the verdict (hopefully guilty) to the medical board as soon as it is announced.
I was also wondering about U.S. Code §§ 1512 (c)(2),2. "Whoever corruptly otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both."
I read that this particular violation had been reserved for people who were deemed especially violent or disruptive. I am glad to see she was charged with that too.
I tried to view videos offered on website here and here, but was unable to sign up or login. The icons highlighted, but didn't do anything to connect to a means to subscribe.
Unfortunately the FBI’s YouTube video(s) they post via https://youtube.com/user/fbi/videos -if the Defendant has been indicted or charged the FBI then marks the video as private. Therefore it’s unavailable for the public to view.
