In the recently unsealed Criminal Case, the Affidavit references multiple YouTube videos. Based on preliminary research it appears “The Good Lion Experience” Channel was suspended by YouTube. Before we jump into the affidavit, you need to see how prolific his online and digital footprint is/was. As this will help you understand how he paid for his Flight and his 30 day “swanky” AirBnB rental.

I am purposefully withholding that rental info. And I am pretty confident that Federal Law Enforcement has zeroed in on both the Domestic Terrorist who placed the numerous pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC and the murders of US Capitol Police Officer Sicknick.

Conversely I do have a few other reasons for not disclosing the actual AirBnB rental. Pity I can’t @ AirBnb because I have a lot to say about and to them. Given their January statements found here and here. I could say a whole lot more, but sometimes silence really is the refuge of the wise.

YouTube “The Good Lion Experience” account was suspended by YouTube but he quickly moved his content over to MemeRoars channel

Dubie Insurrectionist Charging Documents

According to the Affidavit on January 20, 2021, a family member (Witness 1 aka W1) of EDUARDO NICOLAS ALVEAR GONZALEZ contacted the FBI. W1 positively identified GONZALEZ’ ID and confirm to the FBI that publicly available YouTube videos which showed an individual storm the Capitol on January 6, and showing him standing inside the Rotunda while smoking a “dubie” See YouTube in the Affidavit

W-1 also informed the FBI that Dubie-Insurrectionist flew from Ventura, CA to Washington, DC and likely rented an AirBnB in Northern Virginia. During the course of the investigation, records obtained by the FBI confirmed and revealed that GONZALEZ rented a residence through Airbnb in Alexandria, Virginia for 30 days and his rental started on January 1, 2021. See page 3 of the Affidavit

A separate witness contacted the National Threat Operations Center (NOTC) and provided law enforcement with various SnapChats and SnapChat stories. Moreover on January 11, 2021 an other witness submitted a recording of a Snapchat that another Snapchat user had created and posted. Which showed the Defendant in the Capitol Rotunda.

Additionally the Affidavit goes on to disclosed that yet another witness contacted the FBI and directed law enforcement to a hour plus long Zoom video where GONZALEZ, broadcasted a video, where he shared multiple pictures of the January 6, 2021 Insurrection. He narrated portions of the videos he took inside the Capital.

The reason I tend to archived the Defendant’s digital -online presence is there’s a strong likelihood that in the Affidavit and/or Statement of Facts there’s information in there that cites the aforementioned archives.

Greg Rubenacker a/k/a DJ-Insurrectionist

According to the Affidavit unsealed on February 9, 2021 - Prosecutors disclosed that on January 11, 2021 a witness had submitted a recording of a Snapchat “story” of user Greg Rubenacker.

Another witness was interview by the FBI, and told agents that they had watched the Snapchat story and knew the “individual depicted throughout the videos to be Greg Rubenacker of New York…The witness stated [they] had known Rubenacker for multiple years and had attended school with Rubenacker.” His Snapchat account displays his full and real name. He also recorded himself getting “high” inside the Capitol

“Holy sh*t! This is history! We took the Capitol!” DJ, Greg Rubenacker, said in a Snapchat video that he posted during the insurrection.

The Affidavit further alleges, that RUBENACKER looks directly into the camera and says, “Smoke out the Capitol, baby.” and then pans the camera towards other individuals sitting near him and smoking in the Rotunda with a distinctive statue standing nearby.

One of the other individuals then says “How many joints we have?” and can be seen counting the people around him smoking, including RUBENACKER who is holding his marijuana cigarette up in the air. RUBENACKER then immediately pans the camera back to himself and says “Hell yeah,” as he puts the cigarette back into his mouth, inhales, and exhales smoke into the Capitol Rotunda.

Apparently during RUBENACKER’s Initial Appearance his own attorney became exasperated and repeatedly admonished his own client, because he refused to stop talking during the hearing. RUBENACKER was released on a with a $50,000 unsecured bond, shortly after making his initial appearance.

BENJAMIN HENRY TORRE a/k/a Frat-boy Insurrectionist

In the affidavit Prosectors allege that Torre was part of a group that broke into the office of Sen Jeff Merkley. Who subsequently shared a video on Twitter. Torre went on to tell investigators, that he was not involved in violence or property damage. The affidavit also disclosed that on January 14, 2021, a coworker of Torre’s sent a tip via email to the FBI.

During the course of the Investigation, law enforcement used open source and culled through social media post and identified an Instagram account that belong to Torre. Which turned up several pictures of Torre and his brother participating in a Trump Boat parade

On January 21, 2021 Torre was interviewed by the FBI at his family’s home with his parents present. Torre told the FBI agents that he drove from Georgia to Washington DC with his parents on January 4, 2021
