I'm glad all is returning to a somewhat normal life for the Filey Family. :)

You know, I don't get all the whining from the folk getting arrested now. They get busted, video evidence and all, yet their privilege won't allow them to comprehend how badly they've messed up their own lives. One had the temerity to ask to be allowed to travel for business. (?!) Man, did he think the judge would take one look at him and OK it? SMDH May they live in interesting times.

I genuinely have little to zero sympathy for these defendants. I read that fbi interview transcript 3x and each time I was like - hell no Defendant Webster imagined that it was the cop that punched him. Back in February I think I noted the following;

“For unknown reasons, Defendant Webster appeared to be laser focused on Officer N.R. During the course of this sickening massault - Webster managed to tackle Officer N.R to the ground. His BWC footage -the still frame this is what the officer saw as he was on his back. It is just chilling.”

I honestly took the 'big' deal people were making this was this was literally the FIRST transcript that people have seen, and you and I know that utter morons have been saying, "WuT aBoUt people higher up? TELL US TELL US!!!! TELL US NOW!!!!!" So, all this shows is that they ARE doing due diligence and asking interviewees if: 1) They have had contacts with any of those 3-4 sources. If they have not and they are actually fairly certain that is true (which might be true here), fine one and done. The 'deal' is that they are demonstrating that they 'are' indeed following this line of questioning and up the ladder. 2) There WILL be individuals they interview where they have objective evidence that they DID and were in contact with those individuals and groups, and they will get them on the record LYING. They may let it go as simple as this on the first pass and not let on, because they are building a case. The person just perjured themselves under oath in a deposition. They bring them back a second time and say, "Remember last time when we asked you about X? well....." Or maybe next time they get charged..... I think that is the 'context' of it being asked, not that 'he' was asked.

That thumping sound you heard last night was my head slamming on my desk while screaming —OMFG read the transcript before you start tweeting garbage.

I was watching how fast misinformation can proliferate. It took off like wildfire and I was like - oh great here we go again.

The key point is the transcript is the transcript— the question was asked once whereas the FBI Agents repeatedly asked question after question about the Proud Boys etc… I get it that most don’t understand how to read the flow of a transcript but I was kind of shocked by some MSM reporters just going with it versus logging into pacer and pulling the Defendant’s exhibits down. All I can do is sit in my corner and pump out documents and facts.

Even Scott MacFarland, who was reporting it, said everything as black and white as I did. This is the ONLY transcript we have had our eyes on. It shows they are doing their due diligence of asking these questions that everyone keeps asking about. They are focused on this higher order conspiracy with the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys (true)...and that is literally all we know as I have ONE transcript. Everything I noted earlier is common sense (as I and you know from what we do), and nothing more can be inferred from what they asked, but the 'lack' of focus on those questions says they either don't believe there is merit there, OR they have objective evidence proving otherwise and wanted a one and done of him saying this on the record. They have PLENTY of charges for him otherwise.

I try but I’m not always successful

I always repeat myself but it’s pretty daunting that this is a former NYPD Officer. The number of ex-military and law enforcement backgrounds on the insurrectionists continues to alarm me.

Agreed - I think shortly after Jan 6th I created a thread trying to prepare my followers that undoubtedly there would be military members (current and retired) law enforcement (current and retired) and 1st responders —that said nothing can prepare you once you read the multitude of indictments. It’s hard to wrap your head around some 6 months later

This is wild, Filey!! Couldn’t find the link to letter to Giuliani though? Check this out when you get a chance, okay: #Gab all over the conspiracy that FBI instigated 1/6 and were embedded in with the <peaceful tourists & protesters> cough, cough. 👀
