I would love nothing more than to see this pair held accountable fir this. Their constant attention grabbing schemes have been abominable. The robo calls are much more serious. Influencing an election and targeting certain demographics was criminal. If they file bankruptcy, what happens to this? Wohl is already unemployable but hopefully, this is another nail in that coffin.
I just updated with the Lawyers committee 2020 case - I inadvertently neglected to include that pertinent info before publishing. Apologies the Footnote # 1 has a bunch of the original court documents too
That’s an excellent question - my off the top of my head response is it’s possible but that would require the FCC to ask a Court to Find them in contempt but as I read the two statutes there isn’t really the authority for the FCC to jail them —they’d likely need to make a criminal referral to the DOJ or petition the Court the alternative is the lien route
This has put me in an extremely good mood. I’m going to go dig up all the photoshopped memes from their stupid “press conference” and have desert for breakfast. Thank you Filey!
Take their money first, and their freedom second. Karma, smiling as she eats her bon-bons….
Will Burkman be sanctioned or have his law license suspended?
Possibly —I’m keeping an eye on the VA Bar association

I think the criminal trial in Michigan and hopefully NY & OH will be their final undoing. What these dolts did was beyond egregious
Yep. All that attention can now be focused on how well JaCoB looks in an orange jumpsuit and crocs. 😊
Thx as always!

Oh, this is delicious!!!!! Those fools are finally caught up in their unremitting hubris. If they can't pay the fine, do they go to jail?

Make it happen FCC & DOJ. Love me some delicious well served justice. Like a five course dinner at a 3 star Michelin …
Thank you. I was really hoping this would finally stop the guys.
