On March 5, 2021 news broke that the USAO-DC had unsealed a criminal complaint as to Former Trump Appointee FEDERICO “Freddie” GUILLERMO KLEIN. March 9, 2021 the Government filed a Memorandum in Support of Pre-Trial Detention (ECF or highlighted and annotated via my public drive) the Government highlighted:

As stated by Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell, “[t]he actions of this violent mob, particularly those members who breached police lines and gained entry to the Capitol, are reprehensible as offenses against morality, civic virtue, and the rule of law.” See United States v. March 9, 2021 the following minute entry as to the proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui: Detention Hearing as to FEDERICO GUILLERMO KLEIN held on 3/9/2021. Defendant present my telephone.

• Oral Motion by the Government to Commit Defendant to Custody of Attorney General as to FEDERICO GUILLERMO KLEIN (1); heard and granted.

• Oral Motion for Release from Custody by FEDERICO GUILLERMO KLEIN (1); heard and denied.

• Oral Motion by the Government for Speedy Trial as to FEDERICO GUILLERMO KLEIN (1); heard and granted.

• Defense did not object. Speedy Trial Excluded from 3/9/2021 to 3/22/2021 in the Interest of Justice (XT).

• Preliminary Hearing set for 3/22/2021 at 3:00 PM by Telephonic/VTC before Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui. Bond Status of Defendant: Defendant Committed/Commitment Issued

March 16, 2021 ORDER OF DETENTION PENDING TRIAL

Via ECF or via my public drive - Defendant Held Without Bond as to FEDERICO GUILLERMO KLEIN. Signed by Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui on 3/16/202 - I’d like to draw your attention to pages 3 and 4 of the order. While Klein’s defense attorney tried to laud his military experience- the Court actually stated Klein’s military service was of “greater concern.”  and further opined that “Klein was in a position of leadership and authority which could allow him to recruit future violence” - this opinion is further affirmed on page 4 of the Detention Order

Specifically on Page 4 - the Court hammers Klein about his oath to the Constitution, the inherent public trust granted to him via his top secret clearance and essentially states Klein’s argument about “misidentification” is nonsense -given the Government presented cellular phone data that conclusively placed Klein at the Capitol and in the “tunnel” but what stuck with me is the very last sentence of the Pretrial Detention Order “the Court is concerned about future dangerous riots involving him”

March 19, 2021 Indictment

On March 19, 2021 a Grand Jury in the District of Columbia handed down an eight (8) count Indictment (ECF or via my public drive)

Defendant Klein’s Arraignment set for 3/25/2021 at 11:30 AM in Telephonic/VTC before Judge John D. Bates. As for what to expect next: it’s possible Klein might appeal the Pretrial Detention Order. Given that Klein’s defense attorney attempted to argue “misidentification” and that “Klein didn’t engage in a violent crime” and that the scene “was chaotic” all of which the Court found unpersuasive. As previously mentioned in the construct of Klein’s incitement of violence and encouraging “more people…fresh people” into the tunnel is incredibly problematic for him and his Defense attorney. Particularly important because as the Court said, the evidence against Klein is “particularly strong”

…that said I’d BOLO for Klein’s arraignment. I genuinely hope that investigators and prosecutors finally take a hard look at the Architect of the Capitol. Yes I know I’m harping on the AOC. My reasoning is multifaceted; before the insurrection circulated in various social media platforms - several maps were available and I observed at least two maps that included AOC’s insignia on the maps. My FOIA request was immediately rejected - I asked for records of “any request for blue prints, cad drawing of the Capitol and underground tunnels” typically if you FOIA a government agency it takes several days to respond to your request. Within 33 minutes my request was denied.

Look I’ve been in DC for over three decades and the US Capitol Complex is completely overwhelming. To date no answers have been provided to the following questions:

• How did the insurgents know about the “secret” or secondary offices to specific Democrat lawmakers?

• How did they know which roll up doors to block? This bothers me a lot because the Crypt and blockage of the roll up doors leads to the underground tunnels

• How did the rioters know which Capitol entrances mainly used by MOC (which are not exactly fortified and require a key-pass badge
