In general if you are going to be part of a deadly insurrection, it is ill-advised to use a bullhorn to scream out your first and last name and your Instagram account. You should probably wear waterproof mascara, eyeliner and/or eyeshadow. Otherwise your family, friends and the general public will forever remember you as the Grandma-Racoon Insurrectionist.

According to the Affidavit-Statement of Facts (ECF/PACER on or via my Public Drive) stated that on January 10, 2021, the FBI received at least six tips, which provided identification of a one GINA BISIGNANO. (See page 2 of the affidavit)

Reconsider your insurrectionist wardrobe choices too. Or at the very least try not to wear an easily identifiable Louis Vuitton sweater (whispers - Gina that’s from LV’s winter 2018 collection). The affidavit further alleges “BISIGNANO entered the Capitol in at least two separate locations and encouraged other rioters to enter as well”.

In another video, BISIGNANO states in part “they sprayed me in the face” and gestures to the makeup in disarray on her face as apparent proof…” No really Gina you really should have worn waterproof makeup. When I read page 9, I snort laughed out loud. So many sad trombones.

The affidavit disclosed that @GinaBisignano (spoiler the account no longer exist) appeared to reply directly to Trump’s tweet

Further if you decide to travel from the West Coast to Washington DC and then realize that you voluntarily identified yourself via a bullhorn and by proxy your Beverly Hills Business. I don’t know how advisable it is to respond to negative “Yelp” reviews

Case No: 1:21-cr-00036 (DDC) and MJ Case No: 2:21-mj-00282 (CDCA). For the record there has been a bit of a push pull between DDC and CDCA.

• Magistrate Judge in CDCA Ordered BISIGNANO to be released on a $270,000 bond.

• USAO-DC immediately filed an appeal.

• DDC Chief Judge issued an Order to Stay the MJ CDCA Order.

Prosecutors are throwing down the iron hammer of justice and it is refreshing to see the DOJ take such a hardline stance. This is the equivalent to a Jurisprudence “F_ck around and Find Out”

By directly encouraging violence and destruction through the use of her bullhorn, the defendant fueled a situation that created a danger not only to law enforcement officers attempting to quell the riot, but to the building which stands for democracy itself…

Appeal of Release Order Prosectors informed the Court that during the execution of a judicially authorized search warrant of the Defendant’s home, they found an unregistered “loaded firearm” and the Defendant purportedly claimed ownership

I don’t understand how PreTrial Services missed these two previous domestic violence cases¹ , it took me less than 30 seconds to find these cases and then I confirmed via the Palm Beach FL eCaseView but the prosecution actually brought up her battery case (see page 7, lines 18 thru 20)

I originally thought the search warrant was executed after her initial appearance. After reading the Jan 19th hearing transcript it appears the search warrant was executed in the early morning of January 19, 2021 whereas Defendant BISIGNANO initial appearance (in CDCA) occurred in the early afternoon

sincere belief in conspiracy theories andthe absence of rational, evidence-based decision-making shows that she is extraordinarily unlikely to accept the legitimacy of this Court's orders; any from federal law enforcement, especially those after a new administration takes over tomorrow, or obey any terms of pretrial release.

So now we wait and see what happens at today’s 4PM hearing. -Filey Out

1. While PreTrial Services submitted their report and disclosed a 2010 Driving Under the Influence- they completely missed the two prior Domestic Assault charges from Palm Beach County, FL

2. To be fair the 2006 Domestic Violence Case was dismissed but it is important to note that the petitioner asked the Court for an “order of protection” against BISIGNANO but the Court denied the petitioner’s request stating in part that knocking on a window is “not violence:” and the 2004 domestic violence arrest was “no basis for” a protective order
