It is a two for one - I wish people would actually read the Court documents,

RULE 5 AFFIDAVIT as to Glenn Wes Lee Croy and Terry Lynn Lindsey, from the District of Columbia ECF/PACER - at the time of publication, neither Defendant Cory or Lindsey’s case have been added to the DOJ-Capitol-Violence database Additionally there is (currently) no Open Source link to his Complaint and Affidavit. Which is why I pulled it down and uploaded it to my public drive. From a local Colorado CBS Affiliate

Defendant Glenn Wes Lee Croy:

As stated in the Affidavit Defendant Croy sent a Facebook Messenger to a friend (Witness -1 or W1). The wo discussed the January 6th, insurrection. The time/date of the Facebook messenger message(s) is a bit ambiguous and it is not entirely clear if these exchanges occurred during or shortly after the insurrection

During the course of this discussion, Croy messages W-1; “I was there,” and then sent a picture of himself and Terry Lynn Lindsey in Statuary Hall - standing infringe of the iconic Abraham Lincoln’s bust statue.

For the record the red circle is mine. I am surprised that Defendant Croy didn’t “tag” his location as the US Capitol. Notwithstanding the time/dared stamp is, amusing. Also clearly someone else took his Insurrection-Selfie. Prosecutors disclosed that in addition to the picture, Defendant Croy also sent W-1 a “few” videos.

In what is now a clear and identifiable pattern of the January 6, 2021 Insurrectionist, post insurrection conduct. The Defendant deleted both his; Facebook account as 100000907014713 and Twitter Account, “LSD @croy_wes” This bears repeating any Defendant that intentionally destroyers evidence during the course of a criminal investigation.

Setting aside the obvious things that you never want to see in an Affidavit; “Lawfully -obtained Google records show” location services1, Google, GPS, GeoFencing, WiFi, Bluetooth. Every data source aggregated in Paragraph 17 is match the data source Google and subsequent Google declaration in that Google GeoFencing case I’ve been monitoring since September 2019. My educated guess, a geo-fence search warrant was obtained.

It is unclear if Defendant Lindsey was arrested. I triple checked the SDOH, District Court of Colorado and DDC dockets—so far I’m coming up empty witg the exception of the Rule5 case in Colorado. The only reference to Terry Lindsey is, he is named as the second defendant in the Criminal Complaint. The DDC “mj” case 1:21-mj-00234 is still under seal…

My educated guess is, of course Lindsey was taken into custody on February 17, 2021 because the criminal complaint was unsealed after the defendant(s) made their initial appearance. And Lindsey’s docket just hasn’t been updated. Although yesterday (late afternoon) Lindsey did post this to his Facebook profile and then his Facebook activity returned to its normal pattern of activity- after a 18 hours of a fallow period.

In paragraph 18 et seq - the facts surrounding Terry Lindsey are somewhat interesting. Law Enforcement received an electronic tip on January 7, 2021. The tip, in part included a screen capture of Terry Lindsey’s Facebook Account (which is wide open and it appears the defendant lists “works for US Army”. Based on an educated guess, I surmise that Mr Lindsey might be a construction contractor for the Army Corp of Engineers . Given his prolific post about the various oil pipelines (Keystone and DAPL) Moreover investigators discovered that Croy & Lindsey were “Facebook Friends” prior to Defendant Croy deleting his own Facebook account.

His Facebook photo album (full photo album archived here) Nor does Defendant Lindsey seem to have a modicum amount of respect for the FBI, as evident in his February 16, 2021 Facebook Post. and here. And Defendant Lindsey also appears to out do his “antigovernment rhetoric” with several gun-loving Facebook Post, found here, here. He’s clearly obsessed with AOC, found here, here, here, here, here And lastly apparently Defendant Lindsey also holds contempt for the LGBTQ Community, found here, here

Prosecutors also disclosed that Lindsey and Croy appeared together in a video taken inside the Capitol. The video was originally published on Parler. ProPublica has a database where they’ve put the various videos originally posted on Parler, in chronological order, I recommend that you bookmark this link. Additionally investigators pulled body cam footage and confirmed that both Croy and Lindsey were “briefly” captured on footage from a MPD’s body cam, see page 15 of the affidavit, specifically paragraph 25

Again the District of Columbia Complaint & Affidavit via ECF/PACER - at the time of publication, neither Defendant Cory or Lindsey’s case have not been added to the DOJ-Capitol-Violence database -currently there is no Open Source link to his Complaint and Affidavit. Which is why I pulled it down and uploaded it to my public drive, because sharing is carrying. And I want my readers to have access to original/root documents

As previously mentioned Defendant Croy was taken into Federal Custody on February 17, 2021 - Initial Appearance in Rule 5(c)(3) Proceedings as to Glenn Wes Lee Croy held on 2/17/2021. Defendant present in custody. The Government did not request detention. Accordingly Defendant Croy was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond with conditions of his release (Order Conditions of Release as to Defendant Croy via ECF/PACER or my public drive)
