💔💔 Little children teaching adults and classmates how to survive terrorists attacks on they’re school is common place now. It’s not acceptable. I lost it when she began the memory song for how to survive an active shooter attack.

As a Dutch person I am amazed that any weapons (apart for jobs, hunting) are allowed in a civil society, and how 2A still can be abused by mostly Republicans. They're obviously not the "well regulated militia" meant in 2A.

Your article mostly focuses on Texas & I agree with all you've said. Also, I'm no legal brain trust but you are. Shouldn't McLaughlin & Arredondo be facing some sort of criminal liability for these murders that they failed to stop by following their own procedures?
Beyond what you've stated here, there has been another shooting at a Tulsa medical facility. According to www.gunviolencearchive.org, there have been 233 mass shooting incidents in 2022 & we're not even halfway through the year. TWO. HUNDRED. AND. THIRTY. THREE!!! Jesus Christ! My mind can't even comprehend this horror! I was unable to locate the total number of people murdered in these shootings, but even one person lost is too many! We simply MUST vote out the "bought & paid for by the NRA" GOP politicians so we can get some sensible gun control in this country. Leading the world in mass murders is something the United States of America should be deeply ashamed of & working overtime to correct.
