House Committee and Subcommittee chairs March 25, 2021 letters..

White House, federal agencies, law enforcement, and Legislative Branch entities, including the House and Senate Sergeant at Arms, seeking documents and communications relating to the January 6th

This is important - it means the House investigation is intensifying

Firstly, words actually do matter. And the House Committee and Subcommittee Chairs invoked the following sentence and it’s hugely significant;

“relating to the January 6, 2021, domestic terrorist assault on the Capitol”

The House sent letters, which request all documents and communiques for three very specific timeframes - before, during and after the domestic terror attack;

1. December 1, 2020 thru January 4, 2021

2. January 5, 2021 thru January 7, 2021

3. January 8, 2021 thru January 20, 2021

The House Committees request of documents from the Executive Office of the President and Office of the Vice President could be very problematic for Jared Kushner and Donald Trump:

But it’s this paragraph that certainly brings things into sharper focus. The “any disciplinary measures considered or taken…” I would expect a lot of shoes to drop.

Even if (hypothetically speaking) Trump and Kushner attempted to purge the document and communication trail - I would be very surprised if Kash Patel and/or Ezra Cohen-Watnick managed to purge records from the Department of Defense, specifically Trump appointed Cohen-Watmick as the “acting undersecretary of Defense Intelligence” in November 2020.

DC National Guard Major General Walker:

As previously detailed Major General Walker’s Testimony was beyond damning. DC National Guard Commanding Maj. Gen. William Walker, was sent a “new” memo on January 5 - which Major General Walker disclosed this memo changed the chain of command

“It required me to seek authorization from the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of Defense to essentially protect my guardsmen…”

In short this means the House Investigation is actually intensifying and frankly that’s a very good thing. Albeit Trump, MAGA, Stop The Steal, etc should all be slightly terrified about what documents and other records will be produced to the various House Committees and SubCommittees.
