That’s such a good question. Based on the Senate Resolution 47, see footnote 6 in yesterday’s article - that was not contemplated. It’s possible that the Senate could vote on a new resolution for a vote by secret ballot but that is really unlikely. To answer your second question - YES I genuinely believe if the vote was done via a secret ballot that would absolutely change the vote but again before that wasn’t agreed upon at the commencement of the trial, I’m 95% positive that a secret ballot can not occur because Trump would immediately move to challenge it https://file411.substack.com/p/trumps-second-impeachment-day-1-summary
Indeed - I genuinely expected that the House Managers would bring it up and they did. I expect that more details will come out tomorrow because there are text messages and other communications obtained by the House Managers about the Trump White House’s involvement in the Rally permits.

So where is the revised permit that allowed for a March. Non-existent? Or just because Trump tells them to do it, the permit restrictions are void?
