House Jan6th Committee, DOJ, GOP members of Congress and the Insurrection-updated- proving LOUDERMILK LIED, a lot

Jan6th was a domestic terror attack and the defendants should be labeled as domestic terrorist. And any member of Congress that aided & abetted should be charged, expelled from the chamber.

Dear Readers,

Just a brief note expressing my gratitude for your continued patience and understanding. It’s been 22 days since his suicide. I’m finally starting to emerge from my “cone of silence” —as previously mentioned after a sudden death, grief is one of the hardest emotions to process. Candidly I needed to take a break, because I was worried about my own mental well being. I also knew that I wasn’t exactly in a good head space, and unfortunately that would adversely effect my writing/reporting. And you deserved better than me trying to will myself out of my profound sadness.

Although I did give myself a deadline because the last thing my former boss would want is for me to “lose my True North” —which is ironic because for over 14 years he was one of my “true norths” and that’s why I clawed my way out of the darkest place I’ve been in. I wouldn’t say I’m “good” but I can say that at least I’m no longer spontaneously crying. Today marks three weeks and I’m doing my level best to not get lost in the ocean of grief and anger. These come in unpredictable waves. So for the meantime, I’m back in a limited capacity. I’ve repeatedly told my readers “look you’ll be fine without me or a little less of me” —I think that sentiment still rings true.

House Select Committee on Jan 6th (HSCJ6th) SEEKS INFORMATION FROM Rep LOUDERMILK

In reviewing the HSCJ6th press release and accompanied letter there are a few facts that I’d like to draw your attention to…

Based on our review of evidence in the Select Committee’s possession, we believe you have information regarding a tour you led through parts of the Capitol complex on January 5, 2021.

The foregoing information raises questions to which the Select Committee must seek answers. Public reporting and witness accounts indicate some individuals and groups engaged in efforts to gather information about the layout of the U.S. Capitol, as well as the House and Senate office buildings, in advance of January 6, 2021.”

As you’ll note the HSCJ6th May 2022 letter, included on page 1 there’s an important footnote. Is a January 2021 letter to the House and Senate Sgt at Arms and US Capitol Police Chief, from Rep Mikey Sherill and 29 other colleagues

Why does this matter?

At the onset it is really important that you view the recent news in the proper context to fully understand the “content” —Factually speaking the U.S. Capitol wasn’t open to the public. Again we are talking about January 2021, in the midst of the COVID-19 closures. These closures (to the general public) is factually confirmed by:

• the House Sgt at Arms

• March 2020 House Committee on Administration, archived here and permalink https://perma.cc/B2W3-MZHC

• See US Capitol Police Notice of Closure

  

• See US Capitol Visitor Center when the Capitol is open to the public;

  • “visiting the Crypt, the Rotunda, and National Statuary Hall. The tour does not include visiting the Senate and House Galleries, which require separate passes”

…as you’ll note in the picture below, pay attention to what’s redlined and highlighted because it’s important…or not because as someone who’s actually in DC and spends a significant amount of time at the various Congressional Buildings/Complex —when the buildings are “closed” to the public. Let me explain to you what that means: the COVID-19 closures mean the average person can’t “walk in” to buildings within the US Capitol Complex. You need to be accompanying by a member of Congress or Congressional Staff. In sum you can’t just walk around without the mandatory credentials.

Additionally I’d like to draw your attention to the communiques from the House Committee on Administration (Majority) -for example: February 1 2021 Rep Rodney (Trump-MAGA-QANON) Davis’ pathetic attempt to rewrite history, in fact when you read the Feb 2021 Response to Rep MAGA-Trumper Davis’ letter, where he specifically (and arguably inappropriately) demanded hours of security footage and other communiques to/from the House & Senate Sgt at Arms —they indicated that his overly broad request would not be fulfilled, largely because of the ongoing (and numerous) criminal investigations… (whispers see what I did to the “honorable” that’s a good sign that I’m slowly getting my spicy back -to be clear I actually snort laughed, mainly at myself for doing that) — I mean someone had to do it because there’s nothing honorable about any member of Congress giving tours on Jan 5th…

…the CAO and HSAA are taking appropriate steps […] to preserve information and data related to the attack on the Capitol,” and “anticipate working with any House and/or Joint Committees with appropriate jurisdiction, yet-to-be enacted commissions that Congress may choose to establish and empower to investigate the events, and other entities that may become involved going forward.

Yet undeterred by the February 2021 Response, Rep MAGA-Trump Davis decided to double down and issued a second letter to Speaker Pelosi demanding the release of security footage…see Lofgren Statement Regarding Ranking Member Davis' Letter To Speaker Pelosi in which Rep Davis had the temerity to not only rewrite history but engaged in obvious gaslighting —his letter reads in part (and trust me on this -the following except is incredibly important):

We have reviewed the security footage from the Capitol Complex during the relevant period preceding January 6, 2021, and we know it does not support these repeated Democrat accusations about so-called ‘reconnaissance’ tours,”

Back to the HSCJ6TH letter to Rep LOUDERMILK…

What this should tell you is the HSCJ6TH has evidence, one could speculate that evidence might be in the form of sworn testimony (aka depositions) of which the HSCJ6TH has conducted over 900 depositions…

And the vast and I mean vast majority of those witnesses voluntarily complied with the Committee’s request…but I’m going to open your scope on this matter,

• Reps LOUDERMILK, MTG, Gaetz, Beobert will not cooperate with the HSCJ6TH

• Nearly 878 witnesses have cooperated, voluntarily

…this link will take you to the House Document Repository, specifically for the HSCJ6th and I would recommend that you bookmark that aforementioned link because the recent reporting that the DOJ has requested nearly 1,000 transcripts of depositions conducted by the HSCJ6th —if true let me explain why those who continue to criticize the DOJ just need to omertà —because if this public reporting is correct —well that would in fact confirm the DOJ’s investigation is ongoing…

I’d now like to draw your attention to Rep LOUDERMILK —he currently represents Georgia and I’d like you to read The GW Extremism Project, specifically 20 Georgians have been charged (raw data here)

Georgians Charged Jan6th Insurrection:

To be clear I haven’t cross referenced the current defendants with either Reps LOUDERMILK or MTG —I plan on doing additional research over the weekend because it is time consuming to locate social media post with both Reps from Georgia to see if there’s a nexus. However here are the 20 Georgians charged:

• Cleveland Meredith Jr, Kevin Creek, Verden Andrew Nalley, Mitchell Simon

• Devlyn Thompson, Ronald Loehrke, Matthew Webler, Bruno Cua, Nolan Harold Kidd and Savannah Danielle McDonald, Benjamin Henry Torre,

• Lisa Eisenhart and Eric Munchel, Joseph Hutchinson III, Joseph (Jose) Padilla, Jack Whitton, William Calhoun Jr, Jonathan Laurens, Blas Santillan

• Brian Ulrich, Michael Shane Daughtry, and Christopher Stanton Georgia (who later died by suicide)

Of the aforementioned defendants, (see USAO-DC Capitol Violence Database) many of whom were charged with some of the most serious crimes, and many of the defendants showed up on Jan6th armed to the teeth… as I previously mentioned I don’t have the bandwidth to do the tedious research but this weekend I’ve blocked off 6 hours to conduct research, at least the level of research I tend to do and if there’s any nexus between any of the twenty defendants and Reps LOUDERMILK and MTG ←then I’ll present those facts. Notwithstanding it is abundantly clear that the HSCJ6 has the receipts and LOUDERMILK capitulation, well things could get very uncomfortable for any member (or members) of Congress aided and/or abetted any of these domestic terrorist —well DC Summers are known to be hot and humid and I’m pretty sure the HSCJ6th June public hearings will bring a whole new level of “hot and humid”…

And lastly your saltwater therapy — as I previously said, I do think I’m rounding the corner. My eyeballs are no longer spontaneously sweating when I think of my former boss. But grief is like taking one tiny step forward only to later be body checked to the ground. Frankly I’m just tired of being sad and angry that I think I’m okay with accepting he’s no longer here. But yesterday I did chuckle as I was walking into the office, a bird decided to poop on my head. My former boss use to tell me that it’s “good luck” and as soon as that bird pooped on my head, I looked up to the sky and said “okay you ahole, I get it, I need to laugh”

May 19, 2022 10:20 PM update - LOUDERMILK either lied on Jan 6, 2021 or May 19, 2022

In the spirit of fairness LOUDERMILK had not released his statement at the original time of this publication. However in the spirit of transparency, I do think it’s important that you read his May 19, 2022 statement, (also see permalink because archiving isn’t always optimal) and then you can draw your own conclusions. His statement, which reads in part:

…A constituent family with young children meeting with their Member of Congress in the House Office Buildings is not a suspicious group or 'reconnaissance tour.' The family never entered the Capitol building.

But it’s this particular section of his newly released statement that shows how shameless he is and how intellectual dishonest he is. And YES of course, you betcha I have the receipts, which probe either LOUDERMILK was lying on January 6, 2021 or he is in fact lying in his May 19, 2022 statement…because I’m not one to make a public accusation sans mandatory receipts. FTR I don’t care for LOUDERMILK because he consistently talks out of both sides of his mouth and is solely focused on what’s expedient for his personal ambitions. And yes it brings me a lot of joy to prove someone is lying…

We stand by our previous Ethics complaint against Representative Mikie Sherrill and 33 other Democratic Members of the House who made unsubstantiated claims that Republican members gave 'reconnaissance tours' of the Capitol. Any member who pushes false allegations against another member should be held accountable.

I genuinely think these snippets are incredibly relevant. Especially his disclosure of being in constant contact with Mark Meadows…

“we actually had about a dozen people up here that wanted to come by and visit…we had them in our Office. Then definitely were, you know..the peaceful type of people, people that we’d met at church….and I was on the phone with the president’s chief of staff…early on I told him it was bad up here…

See is this why you guys missed me? My ability to dig and I mean dig deep because here’s the reality (speculation alert);

• I’ll bet you a cheeseburger that the HSCJ6th has already deposed Rep Mikey Sherill. Remember this Committee has conducted nearly 1,000 depositions. So the narrative formulating on the Trump-MAGA-land that it’s the Democrats manufacturing a political nuclear bomb, is utter bullshit.

• And I’ll bet you a milkshake that Rep Sherill voluntarily testified before the HSCJ6th..

.. the only reason we don’t know about it is (repeat after me) “voluntarily testified”—but the last bit of that video, specifically at the 1:32 minute marker where LOUDERMILK proffered his “I communicated with the president’s chief of staff” will be incredibly problematic for him. because I’ll bet you there are also text messages too.
