House Select Committee on Jan6th NEW round of subpoenas -targeting six Trumpers

This newest round of subpoenas are targeted toward six individuals who falsely stated and ultimately filed forged federal documents concerning the Jan’s administration

If I did this correctly this article should publish while I’m evil eyeing a certain lawmaker because sometimes I get paid to sit in the gallery and just stare down a person. Given this person has pulled our client’s chain for the better part of the 2021/2022 legislative session. Sometimes saying absolutely nothing can not compete with an actual death stare.

On a personal note the song used in your daily saltwater therapy - I made it my ringtone on my boss/mentor’s phone. When he passed away he left me a letter (with burial instructions because he trusted me to power through the tasks at hand), he wrote;

“I grew to love this song because you forced me to love it. Kiddo, you only play it when you’re sad or unreasonably irate. After my burial, I am instructing you to play this song and yes it breaks Shiva. The Rabbi gave me his blessing …I need you to start playing this song when you’re happy and think of me”

Trump & his accomplices -atonement one subpoena at a time…

A lot of pro-Trump acolytes are now squarely on the HSCJ6 radar. This isn’t about being a pro-Trump effusive and obsequious sycophants. To be clear if you (in any way) aided an abetted Donald J Trump’s January 6, 2021 deadly domestic terror attack then you should be required to explain yourself to Congress and more broadly the General American Electorate. If you do not want to be the target of a Congressional Investigation and/or a Department of Justice Criminal Investigation —then don’t sell your soul to the unhinged Orange devil.

Yes I know those are very provocative assertion but I stand behind every word. Being a Patriotic American means the following;

• Protecting our Democracy from a man who has effectively radicalized hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Americans to take up arms against other Americans.

• Those same radicalized domestic terrorist, do not like being labeled Domestic Terrorist. Well boo-hoo. You should have thought about the consequences before you followed your “dear leader” over the Seditious Conspiracy Cliff.

• What part of the “peaceful transfer of power” gives you the right to not only forge documents, but then obstruct a lawful Congressional Investigation.

• What happened on January 6, 2021 was not Patriotism, it was a deadly domestic terror attack, which put the citadel of our Democracy on the line and injured hundreds of law enforcement officers

• If you decide to crawl into bed with a man who does not have a single ounce of patriotism, morals or ethics in his body.

• SEDITION HAS CONSEQUENCES and now it’s time to face the music

Of course the Republican Party crawled into bed with a man who had no business in our house, the People’s House. Trump has forever debased the Office of the President of the United States and has likely left an indelible stain on our Country. During the four year long nightmare, aka the Trump presidency. ←I am never going to use the capital “P” when it comes to Trump. Yes I am aware that’s petty. And I’m comfortable with my pettiness. Every action has a reaction. When you decide to “go along” and actually help Donald J Trump subvert the will of the people -then you become a co-conspirator of the seditious conspiracy. If you do not like those facts or factually accurate labels, then there is very simple restitution;

… ATONE FOR YOUR SUBVERSIVE NONSENSE …

And until such time a former Trump supporter proffers a contrite apology and articulates their wrong doing —let the subpoenas runneth over. As I have repeatedly stated: I trust the House Select Committee on Jan6th (HSCJ6) and you should too. If my tracker is correct the HSCJ6 has interviewed well over 550 individuals/witnesses, and let me tell you, that is no small feat.

As someone who deals with deposition and interrogatories on a near weekly basis, all I can say is the amount of work the HSCJ6 has already completed is mind blowing. Conversely there’s only the Trump-Republican Party and they are continuing with their obstructionism and real time gas lighting. The Republican Party has a choice; cut Trump off or continue embracing his dangerous rhetoric and you’ll pay a price at the ballot box. Enjoy being the minority party.

To those who enabled Trump, your actions (and inactions) have consequences. It’s time to face the music and admit what you did and did not do. You are part of a pretty big multi-agency Federal Investigation. I understand that my assertions are harsh, that is intentional and an appropriate response. The individuals who took up arms against other Americans or tried to proffer forged documents, here’s some unsolicited advice: hire a decent attorney or fully and completely comply with the Congressional Investigation and the DOJ investigation. Anything less than that will be entirely insufficient and if you put Trump above our laws and our Constitution then you are not a patriotic American.

In fact your unconditional servitude to Trump likely means you put him in a higher place than you do Jesus Christ ←Trump’s Evangelical Supporters are not Christians, they are hypocrites and unpatriotic to boot. If you think Trump is your “Lord and Savior” then you do not know the first tenet of Christianity and as a fellow (part time practicing) Catholic your conduct offends me on a spiritual level and may God have mercy on your Soul. Because I certainly will not allow Trump’s Evangelical Base off the hook, I’m going to walk over to the black out curtains and rip them off the curtain rod by exposing your gross “dirty deeds” -must I remind you of Jerry Falwell and my cryptic tweets before the Pool Boy went on the record? Six new subpoenas regarding the “Fake Electors”

The Republican National Committee (RNC) appears to have made its choice. Thus earning the coveted “rose” from a narcissist megalomaniac, who by any measure isn’t qualified to pick up dog ___ in Central Park. The RNC and in concert with numerous State GOP have clearly decided to put Trump over; our Rule of Law, over our Constitution, our time honored tradition (until Trump came in like a petulant child) of the peaceful transfer of power… and most importantly the RNC only has themselves to blame. If you think the midterms will be a referendum on the Democrats…

I regret to inform you, that the midterms will be a referendum over the Republicans, for being being feckless cowards. The RNC is clearly afraid of Trump. The RNC should be viewed as the party of Sedition and should be viewed as the political party of Domestic Terrorist & Domestic Terrorist Sympathizers.

As noted in the above Tweet - the HSCJ6 issued six new subpoenas and I’ve taken the liberty of embedding each letter to the six new targets. This is part of the “Fake Electors” investigation. And let me tell you I squealed when I saw Kelli Chem-Trail Ward’s name because Arizona became ground zero for Trump’s continued attacks on our democracy:

If you take a quick peak of Michael Roman’s Twitter account @mikeroman —you can see he’s boots on the ground during the “trucker protest” but it’s this February 5, 2022 Tweet that is absolutely the most unpatriotic thing I’ve read in a while.

Douglas V. Mastriano also directly links to Rep Scott Perry (or if you feel adventurous, you can click this link to the previously published article and oddly I had a few things to say about Mastriano. He is a currently elected public servant for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The HSCJ6 apparently has enough evidence centered around Mastriano; appearance at the deadly Domestic Terror attack, the committee noted the following

…in the immediate as part of a plan to arrange for an “alternate” slate of electors from Pennsylvania for former President Trump and reportedly spoke with President Trump about post-election activities….

And last but certainly not lease, Laura Cox - was there, as in she was there in person and ultimately witnessed…

“…witnessed Rudy Giuliani pressure state lawmakers to disregard election results in Michigan and say that certifying the election results would be a “criminal act.”

Mark W. Finchem -the HSCJ6 noted Finchem has a long history of amplifying numerous unsubstantiated claims election. Finchem took it upon himself to show how real Arizona Oath Keeper..

..would later go on to be one of the main pouint helped organize an event in Phoenix, Arizona on November 30th, 2020 at which former President Trump’s legal team and others spoke and advanced unproven claims of election and voter fraud. He was in Washington on January 6th, 2021 and stated that he had evidence to deliver to Vice President Pence in an effort to postpone the awarding of electors.

Kelli Ward What you might not know is on February 1, 2022 Kelli Ward and her Husband filed a lawsuit (see AZDC-ECF for the complaint) or you can pull down from my Scribd Account, as I took the liberty of merging the four documents into one document. That this frivolous lawsuit has minimal case law previous (Jan 2022) subpoena(s) to T-Mobile and it was Ward who disclosed there were four unique telephone numbers associated with the T-Mobile Account. I’m not going to dive into the granular aspects of her complaint —beyond saying —oh look another Trump sycophant pulling a play out of Trump’s Trippel D playbook. Again with respect to the February 1, 2022 complaint filed against the HSCJ6 —you’ll note that a vast majority of her arguments have already been litigate and some Courts have excoriated other plaintiffs, largely due to the fact that these are frivolous in nature

Also ZINK certainly appears to have deleted his tweets from January 5 thru 10 of 2021. I wonder why. Which isn’t at all problematic, per say because the Twitter account embedded is his “personal Twitter account”

—given that just a few days ago a member of the House Republicans Caucus retweeted the following nonsense —it certainly appears that Trump and his brain-washed cult members are “all in” with Trump’s deadly Big Lie. It’s there choice to do this. But it’s also our choice to call them out when they do. Any I have zero attention of letting any of their actions go unreported. You don’t want to be labeled as a seditionist, a domestic terrorist, a real & present danger to our shared democracy —then atone for your duplicitous and unpatriotic actions. Nothing less than that should be acceptable. Sadly I do think many of Trump’s supporters realized they were duped by a lying grifter of a con man. On the day of January 6, 2021 I remember doing a thread and stating how perilously close we, as nation came to a mass casualty event. And that actualization haunts me and it should haunt you too. We came a hair’s whisper away from losing our Democracy and our Country. Donald J Trump should be forever disqualified from ever holding a public office and so should any of his effusive supporters. Sadly, though, the reality is Trump-minded individuals are running for countless State and Local positions, specifically positions which directly impact the integrity and fairness of our elections. And that in of itself is absolutely terrifying.

For Example -look at what this current sitting member of Congress recently retweeted.

Rep Zink’s own son RYAN SCOTT ZINK was arrested and charged for his participation in the deadly January 6, 2021 Domestic Terror attack. Incidentally after Ryan was arrested, his daddy went on to various local news stations and provided several interviews. Which is why I absolutely respect Karma, because Ryan’s daddy ran to every local news organization and he professed his son’s innocence. Well based in part of a recent examination of Ryan Zink’s indictment, since May 2021 there have been multiple continuances and that generally means the Defendant and Prosecution might (operative word) be in a fruitful discussion regarding a plea agreement. Continuances requested & approved by the Court. For Example;

• May 2021 Countenance granted

• June 2021 Continuance granted and extended to Sept 2021

• September 2021 Continuance granted

• November 2021 Continue granted and extended until

• January 2022 continuance granted and extended until March 2022

All of those continuances have the marker that there might be a plea agreement in the works. Notwithstanding I hope your performance was worth the lifetime of inglorious trolling headed your way. I hope that you encouraging voter fraud was worth it.

As I’ve previously explained Donald J Trump is a metastasizing cancer and the only cure is to eradicate him from the ballot, along with any of his “like minded supporters” — otherwise our Democracy will fall and that’s largely why I continue to do what I do. We must remain vigilant. We have an obligation to the next generation to hand them a strong & thriving Democracy. And lastly Trump’s attacks on our Democracy, they didn’t stop on January 6, 2022, in fact the attacks are still very much ongoing.

As I previously mentioned my day is going to be super insane and my free time bandwidth unfortunately will be severely limited. Don’t worry I’ll eventually pop back up.
