The Court opined that the plaintiffs would be “ irreparably harmed” without a temporary injunction … “Plaintiffs reasonably fear that Defendants and those acting in concert with them will file claims against them” … “a probable right to relief on their claims that SB8 violates the Texas Constitution” and that there is no other legal remedy aside from an injunction would be adequate for Planned Parenthood… it’s a hella big for the plaintiffs
My educated guess is that’s the first available date for the 250th District Court —remember this is a civil matter being litigated in 2 different State of Texas District Court. Whereas the DOJ filed (2 motions, initial complaint and then an emergency motion) in Federal District Court in Austin

I'm just a little confused. Why April 2022?
