Imagine having the chutzpah that you would publicly post about the crimes you committed during the deadly insurrection and then laugh about urinating in the Speaker of the House Office. Such is the case with;

Charge(s);
18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2), which makes it a crime to obstruct, influence, or impede any official proceeding, or attempt to do so. 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) and (2), knowingly enter or remain in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority to do; and (2) -intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, engage in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such proximity to, any restricted building or grounds when, or so that, such conduct, in fact, impedes or disrupts the orderly conduct. 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(D) and (G) -knowingly (D) utter loud, threatening, or abusive language
One interesting tidbit in the Affidavit as to Defendant Rahm, prior to initiating the criminal investigation - law enforcement officers on or around January 11, 2021, took screen captures of the Facebook account belonging to JAMES DOUGLAS RAHM. The subtext of that disclosure is in the context that (also on) January 11, 2021 -Individual 1 (I1) contacted the FBI with a tip. I1 has been “close friends” with Defendant Rahm for over a decade and positively “voice” identified Defendant Rahm via a Facebook video he posted, in which Rahm narrated events inside the Capitol.
Also on January 11, 2021 investigators received yet another tip from Individual 2 (I2) who similar to I1 sent screen captures to the FBI. In one of the photographs I2 submitted it pictured Rahm and his distinctive clothing (specifically a black Harley Davidson motorcycle jacket) -investigators showed I1 the pictures provided by I2, thereafter I1 positively identified the person as Rahm.
“We’re in. We’re taking our f__cking house back...We’re here. Time to find some brass and kick some frickin’ ass.”
…in a continuation of a post, which I2 provided to the FBI, Rahm responding to another Facebook user in that string ; “Get back inside. Give Pelosi a kiss.” JAMES DOUGLAS RAHM replied; “Pissed in her office.” [followed by a strong man emoji].
Over the course of the investigation, the Agent investigating this matter discovered that on January 10, 2021 an “anonymous” individual who had also submitted a tip. Which included two separate Facebook post that were also deleted.
…most of the Facebook posts on that Facebook page concerning the January 6, 2021 U.S. Capitol riot, had been deleted…
Defendant Rahm was released on a $100,000 bond after making his initial appearance in EDPA. But it was this part of the February 5, 2021 minute entry that truly is infuriating, the guy bragged on Facebook, he bragged he urinated in the Speaker of the House’s Office.
Perhaps I’m being overly critical, the fact the Government didn’t request detention is unacceptable. What kind of message does this send? Besides if you have the financial means to put up a $100K bond then you can freely attack the very heart of our Democracy and it’s fine that you urinated in the Speaker’s Office.

And lastly on February 24, 2021 a Grand Jury in the District of Columbia handed down a five count indictment.
What we all witnessed on January 6, 2021 -Trump supporters wrapping themselves in a “sense of patriotism” and “divinity” -you really thought you were being patriots by storming our Capitol? There was/is absolutely nothing patriotic about ransacking our Capitol. Direct causation that left seven American dead, three of whom were law enforcement. Causing millions of dollars in damage. Urinating and defecating in lawmakers offices. It does not make you more patriotic or more “American” it makes you a fully indoctrinated lemming. Your “dear leader” Donald Trump, he lied to you, repeatedly. He used you and weaponized you. Again seven Americans died as a result of your collective acts of Domestic Terrorist. You do not have a monopoly on Patriotism or Religion.
While many of you are either sitting in jail and/or having to spend a lot of money to defend your actions in Court. I regret to inform you, that your “dear leader” is living in the lap of luxury. Worse? I’ll bet that Trump is probably laughing at you, knowing you were that easy to sucker/trick into doing his dirty work. Was it worth it? Did you enjoy acting like untamed animals? Did Trump’s lies fuel your rage and keep you warm at night as your became further isolated from your family and reality? Committing acts of Domestic Terrorism does not make you the “most patriotic” American, no it makes you a criminal facing multiple felonies. Trump isn’t going to save you from the Court of Law…justice will be served and your reckoning will be soon and unfortunately your families will suffer the consequences of your actions on January 6, 2021.
History has shown us, that “extreme nationalism” are precursors to authoritarianism and fascism - on which side of history do you want to be on? I know where I’ll be and it won’t be minimizing the January 6th Acts of Domestic Terrorism… -Filey
