I hope you find strength in reflection, knowing you are loved and valuable for so very many reasons, the least of which is being a friend and confidant to those that have the good fortune of being in your life.

I too, reflected on your situation and fully get it. Been there. It doesn't ever really go away. Not if you are the empathetic. The what did we miss gets you every time. We think we are perceptive, but those struggling keep it well concealed, so it gets missed.

BTW, I've been out of the loop for a few days tending to my own life. So please accept my belated but sincere condolences to you & to the family & friends of the deceased that you recently lost. It's never easy, but suicide is possibly the worst way to lose someone because it leaves so many unanswered questions. Please. Do whatever you need to while experiencing your grief to take care of yourself. As always, thank you for the time you spend pulling these articles together.
