Counsel for the parties shall notify chambers as soon as possible if they believe the hearing will be longer than 45 minutes. The Court will not accept motions or memoranda not filed at least three business days prior to sentencing. Signed by Judge Gregory A. Presnell on 3/18/2022.”
I usually don’t update a case unless there’s a noteworthy update. Hope that’s helpful but YES I have a reminder/alert set up for his May sentencing hearing but I plan on publishing an update later tonight too because yesterday a forfeiture motion was filed.
