It is pretty comprehensive —I held off until they published their proposed legislation and I have to say I’m glad they addressed the SEC & CFTC jurisdiction because the courts have slowly clawed back the SEC’s jurisdiction—but once the FY22 NDAA passed (along with recent FINRA & FinCen final rules were promulgated) it was a no brainer to include it —the De Minimis exemption is also good for the middle & upper class. Especially if you got into cryptocurrency 10+ years ago. I think the 1st round of Bitcoin my spouse bought at <$20 per coin.
