Q: D'you think the reticence to detain in custody could be covid-related?

That’s a decent question but I genuinely do not think it’s related. There are a few plausible explanations; 1) the USAA-DC doesn’t see these defendants as a priority, or 2) the arresting jurisdiction didn’t hear from Main DOJ, or 3) there could be a calculation to cut certain defendants loose and see what they do. Again those are all assumptions on my end - so it’s completely okay to disagree with me or even be skeptical of what I’m saying. I won’t take it personally

I was actually leaning toward 3 before you mentioned it. They might make some stupid moves or say something more incriminating to implicate others.

Hey, you are awesome. I frankly don't even care to read what's been public because you have more receipts and evidence and background so it is better to get it from you. Equally frustrated that the violence and sedition has little penalty thus far for many.

Honest question, that video of his initiation-- why do so many of them look so scrawny and then they have the ammunition to compensate for that?

Great question - I don’t know the providence of that video beyond that account tweeted it in Jan of 2020 - it is possible that video is several years old. I know that in my early twenties I was pretty scrawny so my deduction is that initiation video might be six to eight years old. Hope that’s a helpful answer. I’m not trying to be evasive

I’m making one of those overarching judgement callsregarding many of those that seem to need the comraderie of these groups. It’s a psychological judgement guess. Not much more conjecture.
