Meet FBI BOLO #19A and FBI BOLO #19B none of this gives me pleasure and until we confront the issue of how many vigilantes are in our Military, Law Enforcement and even members of Congress —then there’s no moving forward.
That said I have a lot of respect for family members, friends and work colleagues turning people in. I know it’s hard and it could fracture a family but I really do have a lot of respect, especially for family members turning in the members of their family that participated in the deadly insurrection.

Elias Irizary is the son of “soap opera star” Vincent Irizarry who has since made his Instagram Account “private”
back in February of 2017 Elias Irizary, a Montclair High School student and also served as the chairman of the Essex County Teenage Republicans. He strenuously opposed Montclair becoming a “sanctuary city”. He told the Town Council “We need to put Montclair citizens first, not undocumented foreigners,” via the City of Montclair NJ official government channel, found here or you can watch the video below. It took a bit longer than expected to find his actual February 2017 Montclair NJ Town Council “public statements” but I eventually found it.
Khater and Tanios search warrants:
Before we dive in to the newly unsealed Criminal Complaints as to Defendants Elliot Bishai and Elias Irizary - I would like to point out something many overlooked -on March 15, 2021 I published an article as to Defendants Julian Elie Khater and George Pierre Tanios, found here. In that article I provided you with links to several search warrants. So when I started reading the newly unsealed Affidavit I realized the names were familiar because back on March 15, 2021 I made a mental note of Page 58 of the search warrant in the Khater & Tanios case
I literally stated in the article following - because both were actually and specifically named in the three search warrants. Yes my ability to commit something to memory after reading it once, helps with respect to recalling a previous court filing. I also think that’s one of the reasons my bosses keep me around.

Elliot Bishai and Elias Irizarry Both charged;
18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) - Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(2) - Knowingly Engaging in Disorderly or Disruptive Conduct in any Restricted Buildings or Grounds and 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2) - Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds
As the Affidavit states;
Witness One (W1) submitted a tip to the FBI identifying the middle subject in Figure One (Photograph 19) as Elliot Bishai (BISHAI) and the subject to the right of the Photograph as Elias Irizarry (IRIZARRY). W1 is familiar with BISHAI and IRIZARRY as cadets in a Civil Air Patrol Unit that W1 is associated with. W1 was aware that other cadets had recognized them as well.
After W1 contacted the FBI, Witnessed # 2 and #3 also contacted the FBI after seeing footage released by the New Yorker.
Witness Two (W2) and Witness Three (W3), also recognized BISHAI and IRIZARRY through their association with the Civil Air Patrol Unit. W2 specifically stated that he/she was familiar with BISHAI’s backpack, red plaid shirt, and bandana and had seen BISHAI wear them previously. W2 also saw that BISHAI and IRIZARRY’s location on the social media application Snapchat was in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021.
For the record “SHERRILL” 1is typo in the affidavit and it definitely caught my attention2
‘Your affiant was able to review other images showing individuals who appear to be BISHAI and IRIZARRY. In Figure Six, an individual who appears to be BISHAI can be seen in the right of the frame taking a photograph of SHERRILL in front of the Dwight D. Eisenhower statue. The individual who appears to be BISHAI is seen wearing the same red and black flannel shirt, red baseball hat, dark colored back pack and dark watch on his left wrist. He has pulled his bandana down and his face is more clearly visible”

Irizarry Conditions of Release ECF or via my public drive but on page 4 that kind of answers my questions about his Citadel enrollment - CORRECTION Irizarry he was barred by a Federal Judge from all federal buildings “except for business related to pending charges or military serves/training with the Citadel” apologizes for the inadvertent confusion, I should stop/reading writing after 2AM.

For the record I normally never post about children - Elias Irizarry February 2017 public comments are part of the public record and his comments are publicly available by the Town of Montclair, NJ official government broadcast channel - So spare me your feigned outrage. Elias is now charged with several felonies and if his ideology was this radical back in 2017 - no wonder he would be part of the most heinous and unpatriotic attack on our Democracy. As you know their South Carolina Case (SCD)No: 3:21-cr-00099 (docket report available via my public drive) was closed on March 16, 2021 - but you’ll note each defendant made their appearance on 3/22/2021 in DDC.
The SCD case was subsequently transferred back to DDC (District of Columbia) MJ Case No: 1:21-mj-00310 - which is still sealed (public drive) and updates are currently unavailable to the public. So it’s unclear what occurred during the March 22, 2021 hearing. As warranted updates shall be forthcoming.
First off - he seems young in that city meeting, younger than 17 or whatever his age calculates to be. I would guess someone helped draft that as well. What a little clown. And spare me- my family is struggling. I sort of doubt it. I have nothing else- Disgust and glad banned from Citadel.
Disgusting. Children, conditioned by sociopaths that have been influenced by a psychopath in a position of power. I fear that what has happened to society will linger for many, many years to come...
