I truly needed some rather hopeful news tonight. I saw the No Go for Mo announcement earlier and thought of you.

Stellar job as always, my dear.

Thank you for what you do.

I was reading this article to my family and in parts shouting out the decision not to support Brook's statement of "I was just doing my job".

Great read tonight. Thank you. We all needed this.

Thx! Insomnia rearing it's ugly head? Hang in there. Early daughter visit tomorrow :)

Hope the visit went well —yes insomnia is one of the persistent long haul effects I’ve had to deal with - luckily the vaccine suddenly stopped my hair from falling out and the muscle aches but the insomnia isn’t going away. Have a follow Drs visit in August —

It did thanks! Daughter driving is a happy place; her singing, her friends, some catching up, air conditioning, lol, etc. You scored on the vaccine! I remember you mentioning hair loss 6 months post covid and that was almost a year ago plus fibromyalgia gone! Good luck with the insomnia. I did sleep lab testing once but couldn't fall asleep despite being dead tired. Think the sensation of the sensors was over-stimulating; both mecfs related. Found a small dose of melatonin useful as needed but my brain isn't always revving so not fighting that.
